I purchased a few jeans & one was defective. I called the store & they said to bring back the defective Jean to alter or change the defective Jean. (pocket button defective) . When I went there the store has a sign saying closed for stock taking though the building is under repair. No sign saying when they will open or closed for good. How do I change the defective Jean now? Most of the outlets are closed. Suggest please check for defects before buying. Horrible experience.

Guys good place for shopping if you have a slim budget...clothes quality is standard but they really have to improve the soft skill etiquette of their staffs, majority of them are victim of this, what i would request the co is to spent on their soft skill enhancement training program & should keep a close watch on how employees interact with each other in colloquial language in front of customers it really deteriorates the standard of Brand Factory as a brand.

First of all, the collection is not at all good. All the dead stock are up for sale. Sizes also aren't available. Secondly, the kind of scam they tried to do with me is just not acceptable. I bought 5 t shirts from their store yesterday and was given 60%off. One of the t shirt that costs rupees 1049 was given to me at 440 which I went to exchange today for my father didn't like it. Then, in place of that I decided to get at t shirt which costs 899 but they were giving only 30% off on it and inspire of this one being cheaper than the to be exchanged product I was asked to pay more 250 rupees. This is just insane! I am buying a product which costs less than my previous purchase and then I am asked to pay more amount?!! Like really?? Anyway, the problem has been sorted out as my father came and talked with the authorities. But this shopping experience has being bad for me and I would never like to go there again, instead I would prefer online shopping from Myntra!
