Very very disappointed with Spencers Purti..I am a post operative patient, can't leave home so I ordered for a delivery of bottle of liquor on Holi ...but in spite of having staffs they refused it... although I am a regular customer of Spencers buying all my stuffs from them every month they misbehaved with me and hung up the phone on me...I would like to specially mention the names of Bivash, Rakhi and Soumyo... particularly Bivash he behaved terribly over phone...I am GST Superintendent and always maintained good relations with them...but still they were rude with me...there are other apps too which are delivering items at a cheaper rate but still I prefer Spencers but now I am not so sure...I request pls stop buying from them... Spencers plz take necessary actions against the above mentioned employees of urs!!!!

They charge extra for most products. particularly non-food items. Never buy anything other than the basic needs.pretty much I findthere in worthwhile are cloths, garments, fashion items. Few outlets are present in Kolkata like in park Street, South City Mall. They have a range of items. All priced reasonably high.
