I love the collection during occasions.

Recently Max has shifted to a complete building in Elgin road area .It's collection is liked by all .A very good variety for all .It has dresses,pants ,shorts ,T-shirts,tracks,suits,tunics ,night suits and many more clothings .It has a good variety of accessories as well like caps ,bags,purses,clips , earings , neckpieces etc.The variety helps you to make a good choice .Sales personnel are always there to help you . Prices are also good. But the stuff they sell are not so good .The colours fade after a few washes .Despite the variety and moderate prices we do not get quality products .Wish this is considered .

This review is all about the post sales service of the Branch In Elgin road. All staff are well behaved & attentive. However I wanted to alter one of my clothes. When I asked them regarding the same, they Asked me to visit @Lake mall or any other outlet. If I have to go to other outlets for alteration, I'll rather go to another place and do my shopping. Offers are really amazing here. Collection is very good you will get so many variety of clothes almost every clothes you want. There are 3-4 floors, lift and staff is also well behaved. You must visit this outlet of max because they have so many varieties and always some or the offer and sale are there you will get your clothes in so less amount and the product will be worth it🤩

Their products are good for nothing. I bought a T-shirt from Max and in just one wash the colour stained my whole T-shirt. Now this new T-shirt has become useless for me. Please carefully choose the products that you are buying from this place. I am very much disappointed.

Not a very good collection but still good enough. The ground floor is ladies western wear, 1st is ethnic, 2nd is kids wear and third men's. Though you do not have a very good collection but just casual enough for daily wear kinds and few may be good ones. The quality of footwear specially slippers is very pathetic. The pajamas are good for night wear, though not better then Westside but yeah fyn good enough. The full set is for rs800.

It seems store is going to close. I am from sane feternity. Trail rooms are dirty. Lift are blocked by cartons. It seems store is orphan.

On Durgapuja 23, I went shopping from there. The prices are high and also not to the mark. I bought a jeans (green jeans as they are saying which needs less water to wash it). Believe me or not, upon first washing of the jeans, the colours did fade away. Not only that, it also ruined my light coloured shirt which was also soaked with it. I had to throw away both of the clothes. The quality of the products is not as good as it should be according to its price. Not only this, it cost me one of my shirts too. It was a very bad experience shopping out there. I would recommend people not to go there at all from my level. Thank you

Good budget clothes but yeah quality will be a bit compromised. I didn't find a good collection and also availability of all sizes but I think that depends from time to time.

I paid 1400 for a product which was damaged, i asked them to exchange the product but no size was available, i asked for a refund as the product is damaged and i am not shopping from street to look for damages, all they could provide me is a credit note with 90days validity. I came to kolkata for vacation and stay in dhubri Assam. Will not get to visit any max store as there is no store of max in dhubri. What can i do ? Also, the staff behaviour is very very very very very rude. I am an employee too, so i get the feeling, which is why i was very respectful towards them. But didn’t find the behaviour professional from this store of max

Good collection of clothes but the payment counter is very busy and the payment takes time

I have been shopping in Max from a really long time but my last visit is the worst and really upsetting...Firstly - The new set of staff are just soo non professional,not courteous, helpful or polite as before. Second - I had a few exchange to do. I went to the store, asked to get my item's exchanged, selected my item's and went for billing. I waited quite sometime after which I was told sorry exchange is not possible today due to systematic issue and was told I would be informed by Call when it would be solved so that I could get the exchange done not later more than two days most. My request was would it be done before poila baisakh they said yes before that.. Tomorrow is poila baisakh and till now I have got no call regarding my exchange. I would really appreciate if MAX ELGIN would look into this matter.

I have been to Max malls in many cities. I have found it very small even though max mall is of three floors. Lift is only for only one person space such a small lift space It is geographically located in very posh area. But I have seen better Max malls in all cities I did not find any good choice and discount. Mall is fully and tightly arranged with clothes. I did not buy anything. I didn't like the shopping experience this time First floor : for ladies. Second floor : for children Third floor : for men. At entrance lot of woolen clothes are kept as it is winter now .

Floor size is small but have 5 floors! 4 person capacity lift is there. Staircase is narrow. Billing counter passages are also narrow. In short you'll find it difficult to move around the store. Also Staffs are not cordial at all. But the collection is good. Price range is suitable for Indian Middle classes. Not so crowded. Location is awesome.

I have purchased on 9th Feb 2023 and paid through UPI and it was showing payment successful but the store person said that they didn't get the payment and I paid once again this time also my account was debited and payment was successful and again they said that its not showing. Then assured me that the payment will be reverse within 72 hrs and asked me to pay by cash. I have paid by cash and left the store but after 72 hrs the amount was not reversed still I am struggling for the payment. Its an International company and if they do like this then whom should we trust. Despite giving a regular complaint nobody is taking the responsibility. They have cheated me worth Rs- 4904/-

The store a bit small but well utilised.. There are a lot of offers on clothes for all across ages... Gents... Ladies... Children... Sports wear... Shoes.... Bags.... Accessories... The offers available are buy 2 and get 100rs off... By for 4000 and get 500 off On special occasions.. Thery offer... Special and attractive discounts... A treat for people visiting.... There can be more billing counters... Having only 3 counters that too on the ground floor... A bit too much... The max shop is a three floored affair and all three could have separate billing counters....

Situated right beside forum mall. Big outlet. Multistoried. Good collection. Very helpful workers. Queue was a little long in the billing counter.

I love the colection of netted skorts and sports tees. The guard didn't allow me as I was in school uniform and it was beyond 6 pm.

I loved the collection which varies from kids to adult. Super cool T-shirt, tops, dresses,footwear and lot more variety of women fashion. Got a pair of footwear. Response from the store was also very friendly. Overall nice experience. Must visit,try and shop from this place.
