The food was delicious . But as we went there on the day of Saraswati Puja we had to wait for long and even did not get any seat for a long time. We had to share a table with another group of customers. So overall it was okay and it might be better if you plan to visit it on some day other than the day I visited.

Kfc is always a nice place for chicken lovers. Food quality is very good and tasty also. Customer service is very good.

Avani mall is one of mine favorite mall in kolkata it's located in shivpur Howrah. It's a quite big mall with all facilities starting from shopping to food you can get any thing that you want. Here kfc is mine favorite stall among all other here Pizza Hut MC Donald barbeque nation etc are available.

It's on the top floor of Avani Riverside mall, Best part is you save your time within 2 minutes of paying Bill you can get your food. Go and enjoy I recommend with your loved ones... Good behaviour by the staff.

Burger is superb along with crispy fried chicken.

Kfc is one of my favourite place to have food ..... Wonderful staffs wonder taste as always.... very well trained staffs

KFC is well known for its snacks and burgers. Recently I went to Avani Riverside Mall and hopped toh KFC for having some burgers and Krushers I ordered Veggie Zinger Burger it wasss toooooo good The bread was soft and the veggies were fresh and the patty was crispy crunchy and non oily

Just today I went for a Smoky Red Bucket. Even before I completed my payment the food was ready.. When we started eating the inside was cold..test was really awful. First time ever i experienced such bed smell and taste. Surprise came when we got inside the chicken pieces.. The bones were completely dark in colour. It was not any "Mashala" I Tried to remove the colour only to confirm that white bone become completely discolored and black. Cold flesh, no juice and black bone only indicates how much old the food was. Really really bad experience.

Salty & oily not good as teste I complaint against food but manager replies give me more 30 minutes to serve you again but I denied it because of merinataion is already done & I don't want take over salty & oily food

The kfc earlier was good... This time around the dishes are overpriced. They have reduced the quantity available at a great extent. Chicken popcorn large was like the small package . It was quite shocking for me . The quality of chicken burger was also not upto the Mark plus it was highly overpriced. The cold drink prices are also sky rocketing. It was over all a very bad experience. When u r charging this much , we expect the quality to be better atleast.

They are deteriorating the quality of food day by day. Ordered virgin mohito and they handed a cup of 7 up with a slice of lime and 4 leaves of mint.😏

Nowadays KFC is degraded day by day. Chicken was not cooked properly. Very bad taste. KFC should consider these fact to improve their market.

Whenever the word chicken comes to mind , we are reminded of KFC in our mind Best place to eat if you are a non vegetarian

Budget friendly and very tasty. But the rice quantity in rice bowl needs to be increased compared to its price. And one annoying thing is how, many people are tricked by KFC staffs into taking dip sauce without properly informing that they need to pay extra for it. And one should ask before putting ice in cold drinks. I mostly order the rice box meal.

When the Food Court is mostly empty you and your friends will have a really good time. The food court is spacious. Nothing to say about KFC, it's the same KFC as everywhere.
