    This kind of prepared food "rooti", are not highly recommended . People use its products at their own risk . No food quality standard certificate and no standard protocol of food preparation are maintained . One can not be sure that whether gluten free ingredients are used or not . Neither there is any surety of proper preservation of dough nor the hygienic way of serving food . Actually there onus is on to the consumer who are at the receiving end .
