Food was really good. Starters were just too good. Service was prompt. Do visit. Definitely recommended. One thing to add , in case you want to celebrate bday, don’t bring the cake since they provide cake for cake cutting.

So, it's too good. For staff 4.5* , the food test 5* , the presentation of foods 4.3* and the ambience is too friendly 4.5* . Overall I loved it. So trying to taste everything as much u can. Cause foods are so delicious. Specifically fish menu. Staffs are too active and my first experience is too good. I never seen that kind of ambience.

For the first time visited the Park Street branch. It was really crowded and we had to wait to get a seat even though we reserved our seat previously. Probably because it was a Sunday noon. The food was good as expected. The starter items were really tasty. This time we got the prawn kebabs and it was really good. There was a complimentary drink as well. The Main course items were average, specially the Mutton was really bad and it was always our of supply. The dessert items were good. The icecreams are my favorite here. The Pan kulfi is excellent and other flavours are also great.

I have been to this place many time (before corona). They have a huge variety in starters. Starters are always delicious. I always skip main course or entree because I feel it’s not as tasty as the starters. In dessert I love the kulfi counter. My all time favorite is Malai kulfi. Also pastries, ice cream, cake, sweets so many options to choose from. And I found the live seafood corner very interesting.

Provided a mixed dining experience. While the grilled chicken was a bit dry and could use improvement, the diverse selection of delicious salads added a positive note. Ordered the BARBECUE in BOX non veg and the quantity of food was really less compared to the price ,the food was undoubtedly tasty but the non veg items were really less ,the chicken in the chicken gravy had really tiny pieces. Even the biriyani piece was small. I have no issues with the taste of food, each and every food tasted delicious, even the biriyani for a surprise 😋. The chicken gravy could have been a bit spicy . Even the variety of desserts were not justified if it's coming for BBQ Nation.

Extreme good and huge place, maintained properly. Service is also very fast and staffs are very much well behaved. Items are good but variety of sweets are less. You can book table before you go there. Sanitization is going on continuously. Avoid going in weekend because the price is a bit high and also crowd is there. You can celebrate any occasion. They will provide cake and candles without charging if you let them know about occasion. Veg buffet and non-veg buffet both are available. One complementary drink will be served if you want.

I loved the service and the treatment. They were well behaved. And they don't even accept tips. I was a lill surprised but..wow! About food the starters are obviously their highlights, but among them fish finger, fried corns, crispy chicken, chicken wings are my personal favorites. I wasn't really moved by the main course. One of oldest BBQN outlet of Kolkata with massive space. Service is always class leading. Recently, I went to celebrate special occasion & returned back with wide grin! 😊 Food: We opted for Non-veg. Starters again were the highlight. Especially the fried corn 🌽 is lip smacking. Grilled chicken leg piece & kebab were juicy. Leg piece was slightly spicy & extremely flavourful. Grilled fish could do with a bit more spice. In the buffet section, mutton curry & chicken Biriyani blown us away with optimised flavour & large chunks of meat. Chicken Biriyani surprised me with delicate potato & meat with flavourful rice. Also, the dessert section had plethora of options. For me, the moong dal halwa is the biggest takeaway. Gulab jamun was spot on as well. Ice cream was disappointing especially the Kulfi offerings. However, butter scotch & choco flavoured scoops were outstanding. 🙂 Price: You can avail offer from Nearbuy, Dine out or Eazy diner. I got Nearbuy offer price @750 or so. I liked the concept . Especially the little charcoal grill at your table. The variety of kebabs and dips. The elaborate buffet and desserts are a great treat. Also was pleasantly surprised by the staff singing for the birthday of customers. Of course not to forget the lovely little birthday cake courtesy the house. The service is brisk and atmosphere warm and friendly. A perfect place for a group of friends and family who want to eat together. Drinks available are all non alcoholic. This should not deter you as the food will keep you busy. Go with a good appetite and have a great time.

Me, my family and my kid visited the place yesterday. It was my 3rd time at #BBQN, Park Street. Post Lockdown, we observed that, BBQN has kept Hygiene a priority, which we really appreciate. Taste-wise of the foods, I give it a 4 on a scale of 5. The waiters are Courteous and they serve with alacrity. I would suggest to put a menu card on each table for the "starters", "main course" and "desert sections", so that a patron gets a fair idea what are the Options. I am a Biriyani aficionado myself. I think the Biriyani could have been better. The hospitality is Splendid, indeed.

Kebabs are with a variety of chicken, mutton, fish, prawn, paneer, mushroom, potato. And taste is simply lip smacking. I mainly visit here for the starters only. Another thing which they serve is sweet corn fry, it is really of different level. I love it. Recently they are serving palak chat in starter, it is also good. Main course items are are changed per day basis. This time there was Rajasthani Laal Maas, I tried it. It was good. Rest fried rice, noodles, chicken, etc were there. Coming to the desserts part, i ate icecream in 3 flavours. The waiter was insisting to try the kulfi, but my tummy full by then. I ended up with mung daal halwa and gulab jamun. I always visit the park Street branch, though there are other branches in Kolkata, as I have heard that this branch is the best. Sharing a few pics from our last visit.

Enjoyed time there with my wife relishing a lot of delicious starters served hot putting a grille on table itself,main course and dessert. Staff members are courteous and helpful. The guys who served us, very nicely explained the rules of dining and each and every item of eatables. Table was booked in advance by my daughter with some indication, and they surprised us by offering a nice cake to make the outing a memorable one on our marriage anniversary today.

It is no doubt a must going place. Each and every starter item was super yummy. Main course I found average except chicken biriyani which was really good. Apart from that there was mutton roganjosh which was not something extraordinary, egg, veg items etc. Now come to dessert section, well there were many items and overall everything is good like Brownie, butterscotch pastry, ice cream, small gulab jamun etc. But which was absolutely terrible that is Kulfi.I tried chocolate and mango flavors and both were terrible. I mean nobody has tasted it before putting in the counter. Its not only tastes bad but there was a weird smell also coming out. So BN team, please look into that.

I have been here multiple times and never had complain about anything. Starters were awesome. If you don't like the taste of any main course they will make it again accordingly and serve you. It's been always 5 star rating from my side but unfortunately today I was disappointed when I had to share the table with another couple and I could see at least 8 empty tables in the restaurant( the other couple's bill also came in my name!) and I came to know about this when they called 1 hour before check in. What is the benefit of early booking if I can't get a dedicated table and privacy? I did not receive such treatment from the competitor Absolute Barbecues. Again, I did not have any hard time with the waiters, they are awesome as always. It's the management.

Bbq has always been my go to place when I want to have a buffet. Service here is always perfect and the people serving are courteous, well behaved. There was some issues with the taste of the food and for that the chef gave a personal visit to our table to ask what's wrong with the food and how he wanted the food to be perfect for us. Starter was alright and main course was below par. Desert however was perfect. They need to work on maintaining the food taste and quality since over the past year it's going downhill. Still it's one of the best places to have a buffet. Will visit again soon Hoping for a perfect experience like I used to have before.

As usual Barbeque Nation is a place that doesn't disappoint even after numerous visits. This was my first time at the park street branch and as usual all the safety protocols were maintained. Our seats were sanitized before our eyes so brownie points for that. The quality of the food were no different from the Diamond Plaza and Rajarhat outlet. But the biryani served at the park street branch were the best Barbeque Nation biriyani I've tasted. Though the prices have increased alot over the years nevertheless they are trying to maintain the quality which they used to serve so kudos to the whole team for that. Will love to come again on special occasions.

Barbeque nation is never a good place for fine dine. Food taste is below average and plating is also below average. But it's a nice place to dine with relatives and old friends. Specially if you have someone who can eat too much in your group.

Well dining experience and service is great.All the foods' quality was good but I had a issue with the so called Mutton kabab or something it was totally flavourless, and a disappointment also in that variety of starters. But the crispy corn was too good. A 👍 for crispy corn. Main course was good but not in that lavel. I think, Special care and attention should be taken by the chef to ensure that the wide variety of starters should be zesty, soft and not burnt excessively. Winner was the Kulfi.

The good thing about BBQN is customer service. The staffs will take utmost care so that you are fully satisfied. The buffet has lot to choose from. The food quality is also good. Drinks are cheap here, and the combo offerings are great deal. If you want to celebrate your birthday, you can include BBQN among other options you have. They will give you a birthday cake to celebrate.

If you are going to chill, you have enough money to spend the go for it. And if you think I will paid 1000/- so I have to restrain that by eating food then again think about it. Just visited, along with my mom to Barbeque Nation's new outlet at Esplanade today, on a friend's recommendation...Had an amazing dine-in experience! Found it to be a perfect place for our mother-daughter lunch date! Our Non-Veg Buffet was served at an affordable price of Rs. 1038 and the choices of appetizers (Refreshments, Chaats, Healthy Choices in Fruits, Chef's Special, and not to forget the 10 types of Kebabs at live barbeque counter) and then the best choices in the main-course(both options in Veg and Non-Veg) followed by some deliciously mouthwatering desserts! And I shouldn't dare to not mention the indistractable attention of our attendants! Highly recommending Mr. Krisnendu, who made us feel very comfortable and was very efficient in his duties towards us! Also would like to thank Mr. Jaydev, who was equally attentive! Altogether it was genuinely a very relishing experience! Would surely find our way back to the place shortly...

The best thing about Barbeque Nation is that the staff are so full of enthusiasm and warmth. You can see that they are happy to serve you. I visited both the restaurant at Park street and City Centre II, New Town. In both the places, excellent customer service. Unlimited quantity for fixed price. When you come to this restaurant you must come on empty stomach so that you can eat more and get value for money :). The only regret after eating is you eat much more than you should and your stomach hurts:)

Awesome place to have food. Specially the staffs are very nice to each and every guests. They provide cake separately to those who have birthday at free of cost and even they sing Happy Birthday song with clap loudly. The chef specially comes to every table and asks how the food being cooked. The good thing is that they very positively treat criticism and accepts the fault and again serve the same with the fault being solved. This thing won my ?. There were many food options and choices in every section. We all enjoyed a lot.

What more to say about BBN. What else is keft to say. They have and still is the best. During pandemic times they are still serving with utmost care and serving delicious food. Visited here in mid-March, just before lockdown with my friends. The buffet price was around ₹680/person. Coming to food, nothing new over here. Everything was great. The only complaint would be prawn dishes, which I personally did not like and the biriyani, which is not at all tasty. If you go here, fill yourself with starters and desserts as much as possible. Do not rely on main course. About the staff, they are extremely courteous and are always willing to help you. 5 stars for sure and will definitely visit again once corona goes away!

The food is good,but they use halal meat which is a very cruel way of killing animals,the should use jhatka meat instead, I don't think I'll go there anymore

The food was yuck. We asked the chef and workers 3 time to give proper food and even made them understand properly how would we like our food but no change. Food was way too basic I would suggest you too cook food at home then going to this place. The workers were rude too. Very bad service and worst food. I wasted my money. Waiters don't listen to you at this place.They bring what they want not what you want.It doesn't matter whether you order them or request them,they will ignore you swiftly.

Few observations: 1. Your staff love to talk. Even when we said that we had been to a Barbeque Nation before, they (yes, this happened twice before the grill even came to the table. They never listened that we knew about the restaurant) just rattled off about the grill and service 2. The food tasted average at best. There were no identifying flavours. Certain starters that were served were not hot. When we said that the fish had less salty, the staff kept referring to the fish for us as 'salty fish'. I mean, seriously? Are you saying that your guests' preference of normal salt in a saltless item should be termed as 'salty'? 3. Staff wouldn't let us talk. They kept interrupting with rants on how the food tasted and how things could be better 4. You need to understand that when you call a dish by its name, then a certain prescribed recipe should be followed. The Goan Fish Curry was actually Fish Pulliminchi-like. Goan Fish Curry is made from coconut milk and not tomatoes. Goan Fish Curry doesn't have a generous sprinkling of curry leaves, in fact, there are no curry leaves in the original recipe. The Baklava is a dish that is made from filo pastry, not pasty pieces of dough with a sweet stuffing. What you are doing is spreading disinformation through these fake recipes and in the hospitality industry, this is sacrilege 5. Staff are slow to serve starters and often have to be reminded of our requests. Often, we had to 'remind' the staff five times for the prawns, three times for the potatoes, three times for the Chicken Angara, four times for the fish and only five times for ice! 6. For the first time in my life, I tasted a sweetened Chilli Chicken. It was a disaster! 7. The chef interrupted our meal thrice. He gave a fish curry for us to try saying that it's his recipe and that we would enjoy it. It looked unappealing and tasted of 'nothing'. My friend took a spoon and had to wash it down with water. I had waited patiently for my Crispy Corn for about fifteen minutes and then went for dessert. The chef then visited the table saying that I had not tasted his fish curry when he made it specially for us. I said that I never asked for fish curry (especially fish that's not boneless), but he refused to listen. He then sent the fish curry again! After few minutes, he visited the table again for feedback and was disappointed that I never tried the fish curry (never mind that I had started on my dessert). He then had the nerve to ask if I was enjoying myself and I said "No. Because I want to eat whatever felt like and that I need to be left alone so that I can have a decent conversation" 8. Your staff kept asking for food ratings about half a dozen times during the meal. They also kept encouraging an 'Excellent' feedback from tables. I mean, whatever makes you happy dude as your food and service attitude sucks! Did I like a single dish at the restaurant? Yes, the lime soda tasted nice. The food was average at best. Would I recommend Barbeque Nation to anyone? No. So, would I return to this restaurant (or any other from its chain)? No way!

All covid 19 guidelines are thoroughly followed... Stuffs behaviour is very nice Food specially their unlimited starters are ok typed... Tikka kebabs are normal like footpath vendors... Fish item are ok... Prawn is too spicy to eat, may be their strategy so people can't eat more... And the worst thing is biriani as per our taste buds... Conclusion from us= Everyone may be tried their buffet for one time...

Menu were less.. Few items were very good in taste but most of them were not so good.. Live counter items were pathetic... Pls avoid crispy chicken and chicken popcorn..yaakkk.. I am not sure whether BBN has lost the quality and quantity or it was outlet specific..

One of the best places for all you can eat. Tried everything . Must say, the desserts are a game changer... whatever you eat, you can still eat the desserts. The hospitality of this food chain is just amazing ... They won't leave you until you are fully satisfied.

Food has a typical nature to make us oblivious of the whole world when we begin to eat....eat ...nd eat....,we went there for lunch with my friends. It's a very wonderful restaurant with a great concept of live barbeque of veg and non veg items. Their paan kulfi is to die for and a must have.

Amazing service and excellent variety in the all you can eat buffet (starting 7-8 starter dishes!) Also very delicious, and healthy food. Accessible by private as well as public transport.

The experience was quite awesome. The fish-grill item was not so good, but other items were quite good. Specially desert- sweets and pastries were awesome. Their special angoori goolab jamun tastes awesome. The staffs were very cordial..

The service was wonderful, both by servers and the chefs. The chicken and prawns were good as well as all the other stuff. Just the mutton could be improved. The chef even made special desserts and modified chicken and mutton when we told him. Really unexpected. BBQ nation has a great staff.

The pandemic has refuted our life cycle and to clear the lockdown blues, a group of 8 friends decided to make an eating hangout at Barbeque Nation, Park Street. The booking was easy, the check-in process (temperature check and sanitization) was smooth, whilst the initial smiles were warm. The tables were sanitized in front of us, thus serving our plates and glasses; which were the only satisfying service from their end. Once seated, the serving of starters was extremely slow and getting on in our nerves. In addition to that, they were unable to follow instructions, thus repeating the same dish multiple times, despite denial and at the same time failing to serve a few items despite repeated requests. The taste of their star items, viz, the kebabs were poor to such an extent that any roadside skewers of Kolkata will serve better tasting seekh kebabs than them. The starters were very average, the desserts were not up to the mark, while the main course had selective amnesia of taste. The pictures to depict the dishes over the web were highly deceptive and many of their items which were available on the menu were nowhere to be found in the platter. With my first time experience I want to share that the starters and the dessert was awesome which i liked the most personally. Main course was also good. You guys out there can visit Barbeque Nation with your family, with your loved ones too. The ambience over there was mind blowing. I would like to share the best part with you guys that, i visited there on 26th Jan, 2021 which was our nation's 72nd Republic Day, and there was Our National Flag hooked in the entrance walls of the restaurant. And all the staff members and the waiter brothers there was having the flag drew on their face as well. I found this stuff mind-blowing, and how much we can hold our patriotism with ourselves.

Visited them for the first time post covid and found the starters but too spicy. It isn’t the usual standard of starters I have experienced in the past. When I provided them the feedback they did mention you should have asked us to adjust the level of spice but they never checked if it was okay in the first place and I never had to request this in last 10 years. Overall a good experience as the main course was good and I did go for the overall experience, but starters have been much better in the past and everyone in our group of 6 had the same feeling, so thought of keeping you all informed and to be aware that you could request to adjust level of spice if you find it a bit too much.

This place is famous for its starters and I won't lie or exaggerate, but that is true. It has a wide variety of Indian dishes being served at the buffet, which are super delicious. They have a family restaurant like ambience. They also have a drinks menu section, if someone wants to opt for it. The food doesn't stop coming unless you "surrender". You have a hell lot of options in starters, main course and dessert. Don't miss the kulfi. Save your appetite for it no matter what. In the end, your appetite is overly satisfied.

It's good but the quality is not the same as it was 3-4 years ago.. so a little disappointed.. but the kebabs specially the pineapple watermelon Cajun potato and sweet corn are just the show stoppers!

I think the starters were just mind blowing, delicious and juicy as hell. But as I moved on to main course, it was rather bland and not so exciting. Further to add to my disappointment was the deserts.. Only tasty thing out there was the icecream and a couple of sweets, but most of the items were rather tasteless especially the pastries were couple of days old i suppose. And tasted very bitter and i can assure that they were not fresh.

Had earlier visted their outlet at Salt Lake which was a great experience. The Park Street outlet has disappointed me in all respect. The outlet does not provide any valet parking. Though it seems this outlet is larger than that of Salt Lake one, but in respect of service, quality of food and and ambience is not at all worthwile. No varaition in Starters that also served cold for some fish and chicken items and definitely lacks good taste. Main course is also not very delicious and lacks variation. Only good thing is the desrts but that also has deteriorated from earlier taste

Visited BN several times. Last visit was on the occasion of my marriage anniversary. Starters with platter of different kebabs were the star of the day as usual and BN is famous for it. Dessert variety was also excellent. Giving a 4 star instead of 5 because of their main course. Fish curry was literally bad, the chef needs to learn how to cook fish from Bengalis. Fish bhapa or paturi or simple kalia would have been far better. Also tandoori or rumari roti or butter naan was not available...only rice and noodles was in the menu.

Nice ambience, great service by courteous staff. But gets a bit noisy with lots of people. Unlimited, tasty and variety of barbecues as starters. You tend to overeat them and miss the charm of the main course which is also good with lots of varieties. Not exactly the place I would recommend to older, peace loving people, but it's a great place to enjoy with family and kids. I missed the quite and sophisticated ambience of traditional restaurants. It's also quite expensive.

Quality of the food is quite good, they serve almost 20 types of starters but don't fall for it as you won't be able to enjoy the main course with all your heart. The quality of BBQ nation has deteriorated a lot than before. Biriyani was nice though but Mutton was salty. Dessert was okayish.. red velvet cake was very dry and so were the brownies. Being the oldest outlet in the City ... thought it would be better than the others ...but it was not! Won't visit this outlet again atleast for another buffet round!

Main course are average in taste. Biryani taste is not upto the mark. Quality of the mutton could have been better. Unlimuted amount of food for the person with ONE complimentary drink. Some special drinks are purchasable rest everything is available unlimited in your reservation. High quality food, lots of variety. The deserts are very awesome too. Id recommend trying brownie with vanilla ice cream.
