doctors

well-behaved
team
of
staff

Cleanliness
is
well
maintained.
Although
the
quality
of
medical
care
is
good
but
it
heavily
lacks
on
these
points.
1.
Poor
management
-
the
hospital
just
works
somehow.
Appointment
times
are
not
respected
at
all.
I
got
an
appointment
for
12
pm.
but
ended
up
visiting
the
doctor
at
7PM.
Reasonable
delay
is
okay,
but
7
hours?
People
come
from
various
parts
of
the
country
and
as
well
as
outside
India.
No
patient
comes
without
a
plan
in
hand.
And
you
guys
just
screw
them
up
without
thinking
even
for
a
second.
2.
Fish
market
and
chaotic
-
Staff
as
well
as
the
guards
perhaps
forget
that
they
work
in
hospital.
You
don't
find
peace
anywhere.
3.
Guards
are
not
trained
-
they
are
present
to
just
welcome
you
and
distribute
masks
if
you
don't
have
already.
If
there
are
patients
crowing
the
front
desk
without
reason,
guards
should
help
them
settle
down
in
their
seats.
Instead,
they
watch
the
show
and
don't
want
to
intervene.
4.
The
canteen
is
another
area
of
improvement
-
the
price
and
quality
of
food
do
not
match.
Only
cash
is
accepted
in
the
era
of
digital
payments.
Seriously?
Feedback
for
management:
Please
either
add
more
doctors
or
reduce
the
patient
intake.
Both
can
not
happen
at
the
same
time.
I
feel
bad
for
the
doctors
who
work
for
12
hours
without
much
needed
break.
They
are
human,
and
for
them
to
do
their
job
correctly,
they
can
only
see
X
number
of
patients
in
a
day.
