    You can say this is a corporate branch lots of corporate employee open their salary account. Staff behaviour is not so good. they always try to sale their products like mutual fund, sip but they did not give so much important that the customer needs.

    AADHAR UPDATION DONE HERE!!! Hello people, Excellent Service! This branch conducts the entire procedure of Aadhar updation without a prior appointment. It all started with me, when I tried to get my mobile number linked with my Aadhar from IDFC First Bank (Sector-v). A month passed, I didn't receive any intimation. Then I felt the urge to contact the bank in person. To my surprise, that bank personnel left that job. Evidently, I was in a pathetic situation, I didn't know what to do. In this situation, one of my colleagues informed me about this bank. I went there to have a word with them with a disappointed heart on 20 Dec'21. The security personnel filled me up with all the necessary details and asked me to come on 28 Dec'21. He also informed that only 20 forms got distributed on a daily basis. So I had 8 days in my hand to try out all the possible ways to get my mobile number linked with my Aadhaar as earlier as possible. I didn't sit for 28 Dec'21. I went to Aadhar Seva Kendra (Asyst Park). I stood in the queue from 6 am for 4 long hours, but returned home empty-handed. 300 forms were distributed, till the time I reached in front of the main gate. I visited all the plausible places where the updation is done. With my disappointment, I returned empty handed from all the places. Finally, the day came. On 28 Dec'21 at 9 am sharp, I paid a visit to this branch and guess what I saw. There were 10 people waiting in the queue. At 10:30 am, I received my form and my slot number was 14. By 12 pm, I was done with the entire procedure. I waited for 2 and a haf hours. It took them only 5 minutes to do all the necessary things. I instantly received a message stating that my request was underway. On 3 Jan'22, I checked via the official website of Aadhar and I found my mobile number linked with my Aadhar. Yaaaaaaaaaaay P.S. Try to reach as fast as you can. First cum, first serve. They only distribute 15 to 20 forms per day. No prior appointment is required. All the employees had been humble, helpful and professional. Specially, the person who updates the information. Thanks a ton to him. I've attached their phone number in the photo section, kindly find it there. Call after 10 am.     I am sorry I thought I was stepping into some private club or a local party office when i stepped into this "BANK" to deposit a cheque. First I was made to wait at the automated deposit machine which in the end didn't accept the cheque which was probably because the ICICI Bank Automated Deposit Machine is not designed to accept their own cheques. The lady in the Counter 3 asked me not just to stand there but instead deposit my cheque at Counter 2 which was a Loan Deposit counter or so it read. Maybe my english is bad. The Counter 2 lady took some mercy on me and decided to help me deposit my cheque. She asked me to hand over the cheque and when I asked for a receipt she was so clueless, like why would you need a receipt when you are deposit thousands of rupees only. So i went to write a deposit slip but apparently the deposit slip needs to be collected from a guy who roams around the bank. Didn't seem like he was giving me a slip but probably his precious diamond. The guy in charge seemed more like a bouncer of Anjelina Jolie from his attitude, than a Bank staff. All in all I wish could rate in negative if that were possible.But alas no.If it not were for my account which has been provided by my employee in ICICI I would never consciously decide to commit such a blunder in entrusting my money to these bunch of unprofessional lot.

    Beware of this ICICI Bank branch (Saltlake, Sector 5, Kolkata) as they're worst in customer service and deal customers very rudely. I would suggest you to close your accounts here and opt for some other bank. As far as Aaadhar updates are concerned, they don't want to do this and they've very strict rules to get your names enlisted at 6 am in the morning and they also don't provide any phone number to book slot. I tried several times but unfortunately all my efforts went in vain. Simply avoid this branch as other ICICI bank branches such as Technopolis phone number is available in Google but you won't get this branch no anywhere. Hence, it proves that they're not customer friendly at all.

    Went to open a salary account, contacted Moumita ghosh. First thing she told was without credit card the salary account can not be opened which itself is a blatant lie. Then another girl called Nisha jha- who knows only to misbehave and missell. She told me either get a credit card or go to another bank. How come an employee of such organisation missell or mis behave with customers? Unfortunately i cannot open salary account with other bank otherwise would have closed .th and move to othe

    The location is wrong, for gps navigation. Better is to go to the pantaloons store inspector 5 and you will find this ATM just opposite to it inside another building

    My Favourite Branch of ICICI Bank :: Salt Lake Sector - V Branch, Kolkata - 700091. I have got a Savings account in Salt Lake, Sec - V Branch of ICICI Bank Since the Year 2012. Whenever I visited in this Branch I always felt Comfortable and confident 😊😊 Whenever I faced any issue , this particular Branch is very kind enough to resolve my issues and always walked a extra mile to fulfill my requirements and off course to resolve my issues. This Particular Branch is located in Omega Towers Building and is well secured and nicely maintained. Inside the bank premises there are two ATM counters and has enough space for the customers and visitors to wait. The Security Personnels are also very kind and helpful as far as this Branch of ICICI Bank is concerned. Good Customer Service. I wish Good Luck and Best Wishes to the Salt Lake Sec - V Branch of ICICI Bank for its future endeavors..

    Opened salary account with ICICI in 2017 at Saltlake Sector 5 branch. Few months later while I was checking my bank statement, found some debit amount Rs 300-500/- which I never made. I hadn't get any SMS for the debit. Immediately I called customer care & wanted to know about it. They said sir you have activated one general insurance. I didn't activated any thing. Even it's not required for me. I asked them to stop it. Also came to know that ICICI doesn't send any SMS email alert below Rs. 5000/- transaction made via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or auto debit mode (Note - for UPI you will get SMS alert for any amount). As the insurance premium was below 5k / month. Usually I wasn't getting any SMS, Email alerts. Then I called to the associate who opened my account & came to know that he activated without my permission. I emailed, called many times to ICICI customer care, relationship manager asking to activate all alerts for any transactions amount. They informed ICICI Bank doesn't have such technical facilities to trigger alert below 5k. But at the time of account opening I was mis guided by the associate. Even sometimes ICICI Bank associates access account holders information and transactions details. They also share account holder information to third party. As I got many junk call after opening the ICICI account. This is the working culture of ICICI. According to my experience it's most untrusted bank for a customer. This year moved to HDFC salary account. As of now no such cases found for HDFC.

    This branch is located at ground floor of Omega Building and is accessible to anyone even if you don't work within Omega Building. Lot of ATM Cash machines available and cash can be deposited without waiting at counter. Deliverables like ATM, Credit card, new cheque book can be requested to be delivered to IBOX kiosk and you can collect them by scanning QR or entering an OTP.

    I applied for home loan After taking my file they have checked each and Everything.I have talk with the Employee each and Everything they told me yes Dont worry too got the loan just ready these Document.They told me pay the Login Fee and After paying the login fee there are many excuse they are Giving me. I dont know why they have taking the file just for Login charge.Shame on You guys.There is an Employee named Roji Rani Over there There is Alot of Attitude issues she have.Whenever you will call her she will not pick up your call first of All Then she will pick up your call put your call on hold.Everyday new Excuses.

    No one help me. 3rd time deducted my amount. M not opened the demat account. I don't know who has opened my account and they are not closing my account and every quater deducted a amount..     Giving over all 1 rating Service - 2/5 - Had to visit 2-3 time to update employer name. Each time I was offer loan, credit card. They ignored my primary reason for going there. Behaviour - 3/5 Transparent Services - 1/5 Fews service charges are not transparent to customers. Even they dont send alerts for those service charges deduction.
