On 26/10/2022 got an HF Deluxe bike from here... after 25 km of riding my bike stopped on road and was normal at the start but cannot move in that situation I pulled that 15 km to reach my home... I reported to them after 2 days and they came and repaired that. After one week the same problem appeared on the road at that time I pulled 6 km from my home and report them. Two days later they came and take the bike from my home and three days later they phoned me to take the bike from the service center. on 1st December, I went there to take the bike at that time they told me to pay the amount and then take the bike. They gave me a manual bill, not a computerized bill. the photocopy of that bill I attached here..., the fuel of my bike also used by them. I have tremendous experience with Ridhi Hero

Complaint on life threatening problems with the Hero Glamour BS6 bike To M/ s Hero Motor Corp Dear Sirs, I have been facing a life-threatening problem with your bike since January 2022. The bike suddenly stops while riding. Once the vehicle stops, the Electric start switch stops responding. I have to then turn the Ignition switch off/on and then only the bike starts after pushing the Electric start switch. I have taken the bike for solving this problem on 30.01.2022 & 02.03.2022 from your service center and flashing of the ECU was also done. But still the problem was not solved. I have been complaining to the personnel of the service centre. They say I have to give my bike to their workshop for few days. After that the will check whether the problem can be solved or not. As I understand, they will do some R&D work on my bike. This is not expected from a reputed organization like you as my bike is not experimental. I also face several other problems which are not solved. Sounds are coming from the chain, panels & visors which are not rectified even after the last service at the service centre. I have used this bike for 21 months only and while it has run about 29,000 km but I have never been comfortable on this motorcycle. I use this bike for everyday use on the highway and my life is at risk.

I am very much pleased with Riddhi motors and their teams / staffs for their good behaviour and hospitality , as this is my 1st bike of my life , and I want to thank maa who choose this bike and this suitable good showroom for me where I am satisfied with their 1st impression and good behaviour during my bike monthly servicing time .

Systematic way of receiving bike while service but poor connectivity between sales nd service department. But other than that everything is good from bikes, scooty models.

Very bad service. When you will goo to boy new bike then they offer coffe tea etc but other time they wouldn't not give you a glass of water. I ger very bad behavior from SUMAN NAYAK when i claim for insurance. They did not give all parts of my insurance claim. Very poor...do not go...
