THATS WHY I TELL MY PROBLEM TWO TIMES.BUT HE SAY CYLENCER NOT REPAIRABLE.IT CHANGE WITH MY COST 3500.THAT TIME IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME AND THATS WHY I AM NOT CHANGE MY CYLENCER PIPE.28th AUG I AM BOOKED FOR SERVICE.I TALK TO WONER THIS SHOWROOM ABOUT THE WARRENTY CRITERIA AND THEN MANAGER SAY IT SHOULD BE POSSIBLE FOR WARRENTY.BUT TWO TIMES HE TELL ME NOT POSSIBLE.. AND ALSO I HAVE PHASE DIGITAL MITER PROBLEM AUTOMATIC CRACK MY DIGITAL METER HE TELL ME ITS OUTSIDE DAMAGE.AND NOT CHANGE MY METER

This is the place from where I purchased my RE Stealth Black BS6 model. This distributor is quite good in terms of delivery as well as behavior. I have booked my bike soon after lock down period was over and got it delivered within 15 days. All the documentation was done online and I must mention here the name of Mr. Sourav, who was very much helpful and always well connected with me for any kind of query. Totally bad experience. The cost of repairing speedometer they are telling me 800/-. I got 400/- from other authorised royal Enfield service centre is 400/-. Just taking too much amount. I don't know why they doing this type of cheating with customers. Review 2 : Firstly you had written the amount will be 800/-. After doing some queries from other royal Enfield service centre , you guys decreasing the amount to 550/-. Really you guys done a cheating job. Keep it up. 😀

After booking motorcycle you will receive you vehicle before the commitment date. 4. Their services also good... They never refuse any kind of service... during service period they observe everything...if they miss something during service period and you tell them later they also take care of that. Subrata da service incharge and I know him...he is very good guy... always take care of everything about your motorcycle service. Not only Subrata da Tamal Da is also very very helpful. Got my Royal Enfield Classic 350 Reborn (Marsh Grey) from this showroom. Like any other RE showroom, it is extremely well maintained and gives off a retro vibe.
