Check the pricing and offers carefully. I had a very bad experience. Despite a few products were in offer, they billed full MRP. Later tried to remove the offer tags from the shelf. However I got my refund after I warned them of taking legal action through consumer affairs department.

It's an okay mall with a turf on the top. It seems like the There's a hangout spot in the front courtyard of it though. But, if you're looking for something really good 'comfort food'-ish kinda way, do check out the 'momos guy' who sells on the street, around the corner, next to this mall. Maybe a 1 minute walk into the market. Really delicious chicken momos and soup for really cheap prices.

I found this huge supermarket very helpful. On the recent visit, I found they have lots of varieties of daily requirement items. Fully stocked. Rare exotic items as well as common items are available. From electronics to grocery to vegetables to ready to eat food. Everything. In Calcutta we rarely find this. This is located at the lower ground level below south city mall. Must visit.

The most dirtiest and nastiest toilet I have ever seen in my life. Even roadside government toilets are far cleaner than this toilet. Please look into it. When I entered it to the toilet my first reaction was "Chheee" 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Good customer service. Though well-stocked on grocery products, could still improve on other lifestyle items. Most of the time fresh veggies are not available. Discounts are mostly available on grocery items like cooking oil, fruit juice etc during the end of the month. If you are visiting the store in the first week of the month, especially in the weekends for some big purchase, come with at least an hour in hand to brave the long queues in front of the cash counters.

Ok for day to day needs. The location is small. But they do not have good offers that are there in their big shop at axis mall.

Possible all things are available in groceries section and daily needs..staffs are polite and cooperative.. Sometimes offers are also running on certain products... definitely a must visit.

Usual Spencers. One of the many outlets in Kolkata located inside the Vaisakhi Mall, Sector 2, Salt Lake. It's situated on the ground floor of the mall. Opens from 8 am to 9 pm everyday. This doesn't include liquor counter.

A few of the attendees are not very helpful and definitely not good in helpful people. Especially the elderly. We picked up our goods, paid for them, and left. We would look for another supermarket than visit this outlet again.

The billing counter is very slow..most times only one counter is open and that too very slow. Most times you not find the things u want to buy as they r out of stock most Times

So we had some interest but lost it the sooner when the discounted price had a sudden hike with so called Spencer Card which was neither indicated nor shown upon the discounts. I didn't love my shopping here.

A one stop solution , here you can get all type of grocrys food items , many garment stores where you can get wide range of garments , there is also some resturant inside where you can have delicious foods , and the most exciting thing here is u can book a turf made play ground for playing football with your friends
