This is a 5 star place for a reason. Great food, really fresh and healthy ingredients. Beautiful stuff. Best food on the strip. Staff even asked how are food was, I don't think I was asked that anywhere else we ate on the beach. It's the little things that make a big difference. There WiFi was a bit patchy when we went but maybe that was either because loads of people were on it or it was a particularly bad day. Not sure. Doesn't detract from the food, service and accommodation. Well done Zest 👏

Great quality vegan food. We had a huge feast and every bite was delicious. The price was reasonable and the staff super happy and friendly. I would definitely come here again while in Palolem. Good selection of fresh juices and smoothies.

A bit more fancy but I have to say it is worth every rupee. Their smoothies are great and their vegetarian food is top notch. We ordered okra fries, Thai green curry and summer rolls. Decent place with good music and nice ambience, a kilometer away from the beach. The food menu has variety albiet not super sumptuous. We came here for breakfast and ended up staying till evening. Food is yummy and do try their fresh juices and kombuchas. Friendly staff.

An incredible place! We stayed nearby and had lunch here on our first day in Palolem. We loved it so much that we enquired about availability in 1 of the 3 beach rooms they have next to the restaurant. Wonderful rooms at a reasonable price...highly recommend! The food and drinks are wonderful, we ate here most days and kept extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. The service was great. The whole team are friendly, attentive, and work extremely hard. There beach sun loungers get taken quickly mid morning so head around breakfast time to ensure a place. The design and ambience make you feel completely relaxed and on holiday. Thanks Team Zest for the best stay in Goa!

This place gives you that instant holiday feel! Very relaxing and chill vibe. The food is good and the staff are very friendly. We’ve been here many times and always satisfied about the food. They also have the best coffee in town with a good espresso machine. Even non-vegetarians will be surprised at how good vegetarian can be as there is a lot to choose from on the menu. The service at the beach beds could improve though , as we had to get up sometimes to look for the waiter. But i am very satisfied about this place and definitely recommend it!

We were 3 people eating dinner at Zest cafe. There were three dishes which were really good. The paneer wrap, the okra fries and the blue cheese salad were excellent. The vegetarian burger was a bit bland. The hummus that came along with it was fermented (which in this case is NOT a compliment) and the thali was nice but a bit ‘light’ on flavours. Service was friendly and helpful and atmosphere great. The place was clean and responsible priced.

The warm & hospitable staff & delicious food had me back here over & over & over.... I loved eating here on an almost daily basis. All the dishes I tried were tasty & great portion sizes. The men who work here are incredible, always ready to greet me with a smile. I often saw women begging & the young men would walk out & chat to them & give them money & a kind word. It was very humbling to see. This was my favourite place to eat in all of Patnem & Palolem - don’t miss it.

This is one of the only places in Palolem that has been done from the ground up with some thought that perfectly caters to the crowd of the area. There are over 400 food and beverage outlets for a 2.5km beach, but this is the only one that stands out. Everything else is either cookie cutter or grandfathered in as a brand. Surprising good bowl of soup(I wont go as far as to call it ramen). It had a lot of great ingredients and someone put in a lot of work into it. Great sandwiches and good drinks. Excellent bread. Menu has been thought out to match the crowd perfectly. If you are in the area and looking for a place to eat, don't even bother with the rest.

Amazing incredible food

This restaurant is a hipster haven. It's about 10 minutes from the beach on a busy road. It caters to Western hipster palates, i.e. there are mezze platters, fancy salads, smoothies and raw vegan cakes (if you want them, get there early, they are delicious but also often sold out in the evening). It's a bit more expensive than the other local restaurants, but worth it.

Food fresh and delicious! Certainly wasn't expecting this little gem in Goa and having eaten so much of the same thing for 14 days, this was an orchestra to my tastebuds. Vegetarian and vegan options, all prepared and presented wonderfully. Will be back and would definitely recommend.

This place is beautiful. Waiting time is a little on minus side but the food you'll get is worth waiting for. Mostly people sit for a long time here chichat their trip. I'd highly recommend this place if you're at Palolem beach. I had tried Shakshuka it took them a while to bring it, but they prepare it from scratch and fresh. It was good. Overall good experience.

Walking down the street which leads to Palolem beach it's hard to miss this cafe given his quirky ambiance. Walk in for some really health vegan food options. The iced latte made with almond milk is just absolutely tasty and light on the tummy too. We tried pesto pasta as well which had dairy free plant based cheese and it was just delectable. Must visit.

I was pleasently surprised by finding such a place in a touristy location like Goa. I have been to such cafes outside India but never came across one here. If you want something super healthy and delicious at the same time, this is the place for you! From juices to bowls to smoothees to every single dish on their menu, it's delightfully delicious and different. I had the mezze bowl and rainbow juice and they didn't disappoint. In fact, was so full that I had to take quick nap afterwards 😋

Zest is a rather unique experience among the rather local and drab food options in south Goa. South Goa is not commercially developed, which is a really good thing. The negative side of that coin is that there are fewer great food options. That’s where Zest comes to save the day. It’s perfect for a great cafe experience. To come to chill and to definitely enjoy really tasty healthy food. Emphasis on healthy! Try out zest for nutritious-conscious-healthy- food. Heck we live in north Goa and sometimes we drive all the way to south just to grab a few meals at zest.

Nothing unexpected, but good quality, good size of portions, tasty juices and desserts, quite hearty burgers. All in veg, some are vegan or gluten free, so might meet your special diet needs. Be careful with ravioli: its just a stuffiing between two slices of beetroot (this dish definitely needs a renaming). Service is friendly enough and ambience is light and pleasant. Good!

Best and a must try vegan restaurant in the entire Goa! Their hummus platter stands out and probably the best I've tried so far, since I've tried hummus of almost all the places in Goa. The overall vibe of the place with colourful ambience and pleasant staff simply adds on to the amazing food they serve. Great portions and you can pick any juice out of the menu to give it a shot.

One of the best meals we’ve had in India. We tried the Pink Smoothie Bowl, the Granola and one of their curries and they were all so delicious, full of flavour, made with great ingredients. The staff is attentive and helpful and the beach terrace is very welcoming and friendly.

We found this gem on our first night (luckily) and have been back here for either lunch or dinner most days. The food is very tasty, the place has a great vibe and lovely decor to top it off. It’s a little more pricey than other places around but everything we’ve tried was worth it. Would recommend the pink lady smoothie bowl, mushroom/spinach lasagne, hummus, and burgers.

Mind blown by the absolutely scrumptious food and the scenic ambience. The food was bloody great with a good portion which is my pet peeve as most places budget on that but so is not the case with Zest. The beautiful crashing waves paired with the candles lit on every table and the delectable food what is there to go wrong. And the icing on the cake is that the place is moderately affordable so you won’t have to break your bank for the experience. Would definitely offer my patronage again if had the chance. Meanwhile for the people visiting don’t miss out. Would have given 4 due to the slow service but the beautiful beach view makes up for it and more!

We’ve been in Palolem beach for 3 days, we’ve had lunch twice here already! The food is fresh and healthy so you feel good after eating, the service is good and attentive, and the deco and location perfect. It’s not particularly more expensive than other beach front restaurants but has the extra touch we were looking for to really make you feel like you’re in paradise. They even managed a good macchiato.

A very refreshing and nice vegetarian and vegan food at the palolem beach where finding veg food is not easy. The seating is nice. You would find mostly foreigners. The food was good. We tried multiple dishes and all were good. The best thing was the Frozen mint lemonade. That is a must try. We would definitely visit again.
