Returned
after
a
year,
at
time
of
booking
explained
it
was
a
special
occasion,
my
partner's
birthday
and
we
really
enjoyed
our
last
visit
-
made
a
specific
request
to
be
seated
where
it
would
be
more
quiet
due
to
the
occasion.
On
arrival
just
before
7pm
we
were
seated
in
the
back
end
of
the
restaurant
close
to
the
kitchen
on
a
table
squeezed
into
the
corner,
the
only
table
of
2
surrounded
by
large
groups
with
lots
of
young
children
and
baby's.
It
sounded
like
a
zoo
on
a
school
holiday.
The
service
was
poor
and
impersonal.Table
too
small
for
the
food
we
ordered,
as
a
result
our
drinks
spilled
twice,
waiting
staff
did
not
assist.
We
left
after
mains,
no
coffee
or
desert
as
it
was
a
horrid
environment
to
be
in.
Spoke
to
the
owner
towards
end
of
our
mains,
he
offered
to
sit
us
on
the
other
side
but
why
weren't
we
given
a
table
there
from
the
start?
Service,
listening
and
managing
the
environment
of
a
restaurant
is
key.
Awful
night,
a
complete
waste
of
time
and
effort.

So
nice
to
drive
out
of
London
for
a
highly
reviewed
Indian
restaurant
&
we
weren't
disappointed.
Lovely
venue,
quiet,
not
densley
packed
with
tables
-
intimate
and
plenty
of
parking
available.
The
masala
fish
starter
&
obergine
was
delicious,
dahl
makhni
&
Chicken
biryani
delicous
-
missing
chilli
heat
but
asked
for
some
green
chillies
on
the
side.
After
such
a
fabulous
meal
I
was
disappointed
not
to
find
any
indian
deserts
on
the
menu
?
it
put
the
whole
meal
out
of
sync
for
me.
Indian
deserts
compliment
and
balance
the
the
meal.
Please
bring
in
an
option
of
authentic
in-house
prepared
rasmali/gajar
halva/firni
etc.
to
complete
this
wonderful
meal.
Definitely
somewhere
to
checkout.
Thank
you?
