Unexpected
service
and
Wonderful
experience
from
an
Indian
Restaurant
in
Perth
CBD,
Western
Australia.
I
visited
Sauma
Restaurant,
Perth,
a
couple
of
weeks
ago
when
I
was
looking
around
for
a
place
to
have
my
dinner.
Went
in
and
was
greeted
by
a
white
girl
and
directed
to
a
table
and
she
handed
me
a
menu
card.
Upon
going
through
the
menu
card,
I
realised
it
was
an
Indian
Restaurant
!
I
couldn’t
figure
it
out
from
the
name
to
be
honest.
Looked
around
for
any
Indian
staff
members
or
customers.
Surprisingly,
I
couldn’t
find
anyone
of
Indian
descent
in
the
restaurant,
serving
or
being
served
!
(Not
sure
if
anyone
was
behind
the
scenes
like
in
the
kitchen.)
We
(myself
and
my
wife)
were
the
only
Indians
in
that
Indian
restaurant.
With
a
bit
of
speculation,
I
ordered
some
food.
Butter
Nans,
Fish
wrapped
in
Banana
leaves,
and
Pork
Vindaloo.
Surprisingly
the
food
was
Fantastic
and
Delicious
!
That
Fish
dish
took
me
all
the
way
back
home
to
my
hometown
in
Kerala,
India.
And
they
served
beautiful
drinks
too.
Thank
you
so
much
guys
for
your
great
hospitality
and
the
amazing
work
that
you
are
doing.
Keep
your
Wonderful
work
going.
I
will
definitely
visit
you
again
in
my
next
trip
to
Perth.
Highly
Recommended
to
All
who
visit
Perth.
Greetings
from
Melbourne,
Australia.
