A family park with good environment. I love going with my little daughter . She just enjoy the slide, swing, and playing around.

Situated at the heart of south Kolkata this park is a breather for the locals and well equipped with children play area. The main attraction however is the light and sound fountains that blaze in beautiful colours in the evening. Plan to reach the park by 5 pm as the fountain show stops by 6 30. If you stay near Balliguange and wondering where to take your children for the evening I would recommend highly of this place.

I would put a honest review. Starting from the situation of the location few years back when the location was an opem field filled up with pebbkes. Locals boys used to play cricket which is pretty tough tl play on hard surface like that one. The current situation consists of multiple instruments that we see in many children parks. Well paved walk lanes few sitting arrangements. Maintained greens. A handy place for children to play and old people to walk. You can spend some time here. Might find this place little less airy as located among high rises. There is an open field attached to it. You can visit the field to breadth some fresh air

Its a very nice park located near ekdalia . A few children rides are available there .A lot of seats are also available . Its a good place for morning & evening walk .A very nice playground for children .The atmosphere is pleasant due to the presence of some large trees .

They have made this park un-walkable. No maintenance in terms of pruning of grass. The navigation within the park is unnecessarily complicated. Moreover it is splattered with hideous large scale cartoon figures. The sense of calm and simplicity has been completely destroyed. This is no longer a place that can be cherished by citizens in a meaningful manner.

The park was known as Charlie Chaplin park and has been proposed as Citizens park after that. The only thing that you won't like is that the park is surrounded by huge walls and private homes. So don't expect the morning sunrise to hit it right on.

This is a very small park specially designed for kids recreation. It comprises a fountain which was not running during my visit. There are swings and slides for kids upto 12 years here. Few very brightly colorful cartoon statues are there with whom kids may like to take pics. You can spend upto 1 hours here.

I was born and grew up at Cornfield Road, and this park is next to my house. I exactly know what this place was and what it is now. My standing ovation to all who has created this park. An excellent place for walk plus it has enhanced the beauty of CF Road to a different class altogether. God bless.

Park is beautifully restructured by TMC.Ideal for a morning/ evening walk.As far as taking kids is concerned,I reserve my doubts,as most of the time the park is overflowing with kids from the nearby basti/slum areas,who do not allow kids from the nearby school/locality to enjoy the rides.Mind you,this is not something that occurs occassionally ,but a regular feature of the park.

Very small park. You can't feel something different here which makes you cool, happy. You can't feel free by going here because atmosphere is not airy and also traffic beside this park makes it a boring place.

This place was earlier used to be an old garage I my childhood. KMC has done wonderful job in transforming this place as a park for the children. Some good statues will attract them, but rides are limited. Requesting to add more fun rides for the children and ladies (their mother) for better entertainment! Good work, but can be done better.

I request the authority please clean the park, prune the grass, and empty the water of the nonfunctional fountain. So that children can play happily without being bitten by mosquitoes. The above-mentioned fountain has become the kingdom of mosquitoes, which may be a health issue in this dengue and malaria outbreak season.

Fine place but too much darkness. There are a lot of lights available but the authority doesn't switched on the lights. Maintenance also not good. There are weeds everywhere. A big musical water waves is available here but that is also mishandled.

This is a new park that has come up in the locality and it is at a very prime location on the street, it is yet to open but soon it will be a busy place. This used to be a useless field that was misused by many and now the way it has been developed it is truly amazing.

This place is great. Being near walking distance from my place I like taking morning , & evening walk here. The park was very good in the beginning but now it seems there is no maintenance. Plants which had been planted are dying. All the greenery on walls is dead. Much of dried plants are lying in heaps on the garden. Garbage removing carts & 3 wheelers are parked inside & it is now becoming a dumping place for KMC. Much money was made to make the park & again the park requires maintenance & repair. A. K. Lamba

It is fabulous park for all ages. There are lot space for kids where they can play freely. People can walk around in the morning and afternoon. There some food stalls. Some are tasty. This place has been very efficiently developed by local authority. Amazing.

Nice place for evening time spending. Basically it's a children's park. It is also available for morning walk. There is a fountain in the middle of the park which made it very beautiful. Many sitting place available here. Also some amusement like sleep, up- down, hanging available here. Free parking is also available here.

A serene, well manicured and maintained community park in the bustling locality of Ballygunge. The park comprises a manicured and landscaped garden, a beautiful fountain with light and music show in the evening and walkway with resting benches. If you feel claustrophobic and want to catch a breadth of fresh air, just drop in.

This is a quaint little park on Anil Moitra Street in South Kolkata near Gariahat opposite IOB Ballygunge branch that boasts of a musical fountain that dances to the tune of Rabindrasangeet, is a treat to behold. Your steps will automatically develop a spring when you walk to the tune of "Kharo bayu boi bege charideek chhai meghe ogo neye nao khani baiyo.........It's clean and attractive. A hard to imagine place in the din and noise of Kolkata. Hats off to the Councilor and KMC for this blessing called Citizens Park.

Very beautiful Park for children's in Ballugunge Area.

An amazing place where people of all age group can enjoy the evening time. One of the best places in Kolkata for evening walk and specially for the children to play with the beauty of fountain and rhythm of music. And the best part is, you won't find any couple scene here, so kids can have great time here.

Nice place to stroll among the concrete jungle. A last few spots in Ballygunge where you can view some greenary.

The erstwhile Charlie Chaplin Park was renamed as the Citizen's Park and was given a thorough makeover by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. A brain child of Ward 68 Councillor, Ms. Sudarshana Mukherjee, the venue has added many attractions to draw visitors from Dawn to Dusk. What was an eye sore a few months back, the park wears a new look, soothing to the eyes. It has turned into a lovely place for the nearby residents to spend some time in peace.

It's clean and green but the area is limited....which isn't really the fault of the park ? Good for short distance walkers ! Great initiative by Ms Sudarshana our councillor. Wish the park timings are tailored to the prevailing season rather than being the same all year round.

This park is just next to my home. KMC and the local councillor put in a lot of effort to change the park. Now one of the major attractions of this park is that every evening this is a light and sounds show between 6pm-7pm. This park also has swings and slips where children can play.

Very Small but good for children and aged. Some people goes for morning walk. SUFAL BANGLA temporary arrangement is just beside the park from 8AM to 12 Noon.
