What an awesome trip! It helps that Bali is probably the most beautiful place on the planet, but more importantly, our travel agency arranged our access to the country’s wonders so seamlessly.

This is my second time using Denzong and I must say I'm not disappointed at all. We went to Bhutan this time. It was a very well organized trip right from the start till end. Also a beautifully constructed iternary made it fulfilling. Definitely recommend Denzong.

I just visited this place to meet Mr. Sunanda Sanyal, my tour coordinator for my upcoming trip to silk route in March. The office was in an well connected route and behavior of the front desk staff and that of Mr. Sanyal was very modest and convincing. I hope that they'll arrange a good deal for me. Rest I will share after completion of the tour. Friends, my tour was concluded long ago. Now I am sharing my experience. My tour to silk route had to be abandoned due to imposition of lockdown in March. I have to return from Lingtham. It was wrapped up within 3 days. Returning home, I claimed compensation from them as the cost of car and fuel and hotel stay for the rest of the tour weren't utilised. I tried to contact Mr. Sanyal many times,but got no answer,rather his contact no was changed. This was a sort of fraud and not expected from this company.

Went to Jaiselmer for 2 nights 3 days trip organised by Denzong . It was a hassle free meticulously organised itinerary prepared by them. We enjoyed every bit of it. Thanks to Mr Sunanda Sanyal for his professional and responsive services. Worth of money.wonderful experience.

I just finished a 5 day group trip Amsterdam and it was a lovely experience with Denzong leisure. The choice of the hotel where the whole group of 40 can stay together and the arrangements made were very precise and done sincerely. Most of the tourist attractions were covered and enough time as given for everyone to do their own thing as well. The choice of Indian restaurants were also very nice. Over all a very good experience. Definitely going to travel again.

I just concluded my tour to Bangkok and Pattaya. Overall it was a nice trip. 1st time ever I used any tour agency though I go always on my own. I can say my experience was very good. I am extremely happy with agent Debarati Nag. She planned my trip so well that I could see everything within limited time. I will definitely recommend this agency. They provided us 3-star hotel with a premium room, including breakfast and dinner plus sightseeing at a pocket-friendly price. The team was very supportive in planning the itinerary and making suggestions on the hotels, transport mode etc. The trip went very smoothly. The itinerary was well planned, and the drivers were also very supportive. Overall an extremely positive experience and last but not the list I would like to give a big thanks to Mr Sujay Bhattachariya, the operational manager of Dezong Leisure. I and my wife approached Denzong to plan an itenary for our honeymoon trip to Bhutan on April 2019. Bhutan being Gods own country and our trip planned by Souvik was awesome. Starting from the pick up from baghdogra airport, staying at the hotels provided by Denzong, the food and others were simply amazing. We had a wonderful memory of Bhutan and Denzong made it more special for us. We didn't have any issue for the entire period of 8 nights /9 days as planned and Souvik was very helpful and responded to our calls whenever needed. I have referred Denzong to many of my friends and relatives and have shared the nice moments we have in Bhutan and the arrangements made by Denzong. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and had a plan for a 3 days 2 night trip for Sundarbans, our entire itinerary was planned by Denzong Leisure .We were picked up from our home and transported by road to the Gadkhali a 3 hour drive.At the Ghat the mechanised boat was waiting for us and we had a another 3 hour ride to the hotel . It was very picturesque and calm and pleasant time and lunch was also served which was wholesome warm and fresh. We checked into The Sunderbans Residency which was very close to the banks.The property was well maintained with a beautiful garden and cottages around a water body. The trip was planned in such a manner that we had most of our meals on the boat. We had a forest guide Mr. Ashok Mondol at our service for the duration of our stay in these parts.he was very knowledgeable, experienced and a wonderful help throughout.It was due to him that we spotted several birds and animals that he identified for us. Paritosh was a contact from the place we stayed and drove the moterised boat and attended to our needs during the trip.He had a wonderful attitude and made all of us comfortable.All this was possible due to Denzong Leisure in planning and exquisite choice of stay. Without their assistance and help in every way we couldn’t have had a wonderful memorable journey to these area .Highly Recommended and had never disappointed in our past holidays.

A group of seniors, but' young' at heart, we went to the Dooars between Feb 3 to Feb 6 2020.The pickup from NJP was done as scheduled and our vacation started! We spent a wonderful 3 night 4 day package with loads of fun and bonhomie. The resort had excellent facilities and the tour driver, Raja, was always smiling and happy to help. A big 'thumbs up' from us and we hope to travel with you again!

The Bhutan group trip was nicely organized. Hotel and food choices were great, and so was our guide...best thing was the group people were like- minded, which made the whole experience special. The tour bus could have been better which would have made the tour even better.

Based on their positive reviews, we booked a 6 night and 7 days Thailand tour. We planned our sikkim tour with Denzong Leisure and we are happy to say that they are worth each and every penny we spent on them. We were traveling with pur 4 year old and was a bit anxious about the geography of sikkim. But they helped us with all the precautions as well like they advised us to carry spicy snacks and camphor for the travel to lachung in case we feel sick due to altitude. However they provided us a wonderful driver and car that the trip was just Leisure and comfort. We just told our travel dates and the places we would like to visit rest of all they planned. Ms. Paromita from Dendzong Leisure helped us and cleared all our doubts happily and made the changes as per our wishes. Before the trip people advised us to carry food as we wouldn't get in remote places like lachung but they provided us with such a beautiful and luxurious hotel that we had a good food and good sleep that to in -6 degrees celcius. Myself and my partner went on a short Bhutan trip organized by Denzong Leisure in early December 2023. Bhutan mandatorily requires a guide and an agency to visit, so we chose Denzong based on our previous experience in Sikkim. Denzong planned the trip well at a reasonable cost, allowing for some flexibility at additional charge. We had a pleasant travel experience- hotels were good, vehicle and food were well taken care of. The guide, arranged by Denzong- Sonam, was very proactive and had good knowledge of the area. In addition Denzong Leisure was also helpful in facilitating the Sustainability and Visa Fees. We would recommend Denzong’s services.

The trip was not planned properly, very short trip. Too much of traveling. Hotels was basic. Tour guide was not having good knowledge of the place. He was new to this place. Vai flights. Less stay, more of traveling.

Very very bad...we went to the silk route this durga puja.In fact the worst experience we have ever had...This tour operator is in fact a fraud one. They took a lumpsome money and almost did not give us any service. The hotel bed sheets were untidy,6-7 spiders roaming in a room. About 90percent of the trip was spent on just moving from hotels to hotels.No proper sightseeing.I would request everyone not to fall into the trap of this fraud company and moreover the behaviour of our tour operator Atindra Singh is very very rude.

Today, on 1-11-2019, I had face to face experience with one of the travel agent from the firm. He was well acquainted with the package I was interested in, explained the details of it and even suggested me ways to make my experience better at the trip. Location of the ofc is quite proper, near Nonapukur Tram depot, the building is the one with Skoda car showroom.

Except one the rest of the Hotels were not upto the mark. The driver was well versed with the roads. He knew the tourist spot and the Hotels. On the whole the trip was good.

The overall experience with the team was very good. Sangeeta was very prompt and well guided through the process. Mr Basu is supreme leader. We have really enjoyed our honeymoon trip to Bhutan. Keep up your good and valued service

My wife and I traveled to Bhutan from 7th October to 12th October and the trip was arranged by Denzong Leisure. We are pretty satisfied with the arrangements and will recommend Denzong Leisure to people who are planning on travelling to Bhutan. The fact that we had a great team made our experience even more memorable. My only complaint is the condition of the tour vehicles could have been better.

Vizag hotel was good, I chose it. Araku Casa room good but thrice I had to change. There were problems with bathroom facilities. Gizer diddnt work. Sprinkle was broken, no water. Then hot water was given in the bucket. Food served first day was very bad. It wasted. 2nd day it was good on request. Driver Santosh was humble and polite.

My parents and my uncle's family visited Gangtok and Lachung at the beginning of October'22 (During Durga Puja). They had a good experience in overall. The only improvement area is the proactiveness of the Company so that all the travelers remain informed all the time. Reason why 1 start less. Thank you!!

It was a nice experience with Denzong Leisure. Taken Himachal Package from them. Selected hotels and cab was very good. Even arranged a surprise honeymoon cake and candle light dinner. Will recommend all my friends.

I had booked my Bhutan trip through them. Mr. Sunanda had helped us with all the bookings. The hotels booked were really good, the driver assigned was helpful and really humourous. We have enjoyed the trip to the most. I cannot think of anything negative that i can actually state in this review. Everything was handled exceptionally well from the start to the last day. We never had to call the agency for any follow up during the trip.

We visited Thailand on 1st week of March for 7 days. Everything was planned to perfection by Debarati Nag be it location of hotels or places to visit in Bangkok and pattaya. Even their Thailand counterparts were bang on time during the pickup and kept us informed if there was any change of timings or when will they pick us up. We had an amazing time thanks to Denzong leisure and ofcourse Debarati Nag who was always available to solve our queries promptly. Would recommend everyone to select this travels to have an amazing trip. Will definitely plan my another trip with Denzong leisure.

I booked a tour with this firm for a trip to North sikkim in March ..however two days prior to my trip i was informed that North Sikkim authorities have restricted entry and eventually our tour got cancelled.....so we asked for a refund ....meanwhile lockdown happened and their office got closed.....i tried connecting them for refund ...however my concerned associate Mr.Sunanda Sanyal however didnt respond further to my calls or so....I was helpless and had to contact madam Arpita ...she was cooperative but as she was not in the accounts section she gave me a number to contact Mr Sujay Bhattacharya...he was responsive for quite sometime....but now even he doesnt pick up calls....my 45000 rupees is stuck with this company and i dont know how to retrieve it back.. ... its been months now that such a large amount of money is stuck with them...and i have no clue when i ll be getting the refund

A good place for couple

It was a wonderful honeymoon trip for us to Mauritius. Awesome arrangements were made. The whole tour was organised by Ms Debarati Nag. It was really worth every penny of our money.

A hastlefree journey overall I would say. The trip was organized by Mr. Suman sarkar our close relative. The hotels were Fab including the hotel staff was courteous and warm. Also, we were accompanied by a friendly and puntual driver throughout the trip. All the destinations were segregated beautifully with proper time for sight seeing. We had Our trip to andaman group of islands at january ending,2020 which was sorted and planned out by our close relative Mr.Suman Sarkar who is associated with Denzong Leisure. The 6 nights & 7 days programme was so beautifully scheduled and arranged that, there was absolutely NO hustle and difficulty reaching out for drivers and hotels/resorta which were prebooked with complementary breakfast facilities. We were provided contact no.s and everything were ready exactly as per schedule. The package included visits all the famous and significant tourist places at reasonable price. Looking forward to more trips with Denzong in future and recommending to everyone who is looking out for a comfortable swift trip to the islands amd other places as well.

We concluded our Sunderbon sorjourn today .The highlight of our tour was spotting the tiger.But if you want my opinion I would not recommend Denzong leisure to even my worst enemy.Safe from the boatride and food served by the boat crew the hotels they put us up were far below our standerd.I can directly say that the Sunderbon agent Mr Soumitra Barik/Barui who bragged about working for the last 14years and ofcourse the kolkata office manager Abhijit Bose had duped us royally and kept us at shadey places inspite of sending us pictures of Bonani resort which we had okayed.We had our worst night stay experience ever so please be aware before booking with them

The trip to Bali in Indonesia was very good. The guide & driver were also good. They helped us in every way possible. Also the local guide-cum-driver in Nusa Penida island was also good. My family and I visit Gopanchkot in April'19 along with my three friends and their families. Package (2N/3D) was with conveyance by AC Winger pickup and drop from and at home for all the families from kolkata. As Winger had some issues they convrrted it with 17 seater AC Traveller. Accommodation at Panchet Residency was a very good experience- comfortable staying, good food, flexible and homely staff and local management. The driver of the denzong was very adjustable and did the necessary sight seeing, as planned. Timelines were met. Overall the weekend was very enjoyable. We might plan some othro trip like this through denzong. Some of our friends has used their services with our recommendation and enjoyed their trip with denzong.

Great service. Sundarban trip was really Sundar, especially the manager's behaviour

I had taken the 2N/3D Sundarbans package ex kolkata from 25 Dec 19. Whilst the bus provided for pickup was good, the boat where you literally spend the next two days leave much to be desired. The boat in comparison with similar ones plying these waters was certainly below par. The boat was also visibly over her normal capacity because the staff had to do two shifts to serve meal for about 35 plus guests onboard. While the staff was courteous, if you don't speak Bengali, you would need the help of fellow passengers to communicate with even the firms representative also. The food is quite fine though doesn't match the menu in the website as egg is never served for breakfast (which is poori and sabzi) nor mutton for dinner. Also be prepared for all promulgated timings to be delayed by upto 1 hour, be it food timings or the scheduled trip departure timings. Nonetheless, the beauty of the nature in Sundarbans does make you forget these inconveniences.

Good service but if you cancel any booking,they didn't refund any amount.

The trip was gud except for the following: a) lack of clarity on the address of the boarding point in the communication sent to customers especially to ppl like us who are non residents of kolkata. 2)the fud and related waste (used glasses n plates) disposal into the river shud b stopped or else the river will die. 3) the toilet inside boat was very small and was too difficult to be used...in fact my head got hit on the ceiling as the toilet was too small n narrow. 4) the communication with boat staff is quite difficult for non bengalis 5) brkfast menu cud be improved to avoid repetition. Except for these lacunae the trip.was gud...the fud was tasty n fresh. Also the boat staff was very friendly n courteous.

*Memory craeted at Kerala* It was a very nice experience in Kerala. Though due to heavy rain we were not able to visit some places like Munnar and Thekkady still it was an awesome experience to visit places like Kovalam,Kanyakumari,Povar,Varkala,Trivandrum.etc. Aleppy house boat was a new experience for all of us and to remember for the lifetime. Thanks to Denzong travel for arranging our tour so well inspite of a bad weather condition. We had a fabulous trip to gangtok, lachen and pelling, Gurudongma lake was breath taking, serene and roads are good. People are really helpful. Our stays @ TempoHeritage and Magpie Chasenut was serene beautiful veiws from all the room's. Vehicle s provided are good , they were keen to show All the sightseeing, but could have been better as One Vehicle was pretty old and was not up to the mark. Good experience thanks. .

Pahalgam Retreat - house keeping service is not good enough. Room heater is not sufficient. Otherwise all good
