This was our second planned trip overseas with Flying Squirrel Holidays. Our first experience with them was in the year 2013 when we went to Thailand and the recent one was in October 2019 to Singapore and Malayasia. FSH planned everything very nicely. It was our first trip to Thailand and everything was in place. Just only one complain. The tickets for any show was the minimum valued tickets. So seats were very bad. Else, rest are fine.

Traveled Singapore & Malaysia with family in 2019. It may not be so well known Travel agency but the arrangements were really awesome.. I came to know about the agency form one of my doctor friend who just returned from a 10 day Austrelia trip.. He assured me about their well knit plan and quite reasonable rate.. We started from india to reach at Auckland... On reaching a foreign land at 11.45 at night, our family was greeted by their agents.. They took us to a 4* hotel inclusive of breakfast. Next morning we had our city tour as per our prefixed guidelines...we also taken uber to cover some more spots and lunch... It was a complete auckland city trip. Next day we were taken to Watamo glowworm cave, Agrodome and finally to be dropped at Rotorua....to watch live geysers and beautiful tulip(?)and peaceful lake Rotorua...and lots of Rhododendron by the side of road.. On the next morning we reached Christchurch by flight...and our travel agents New Zealand's partner was eagerly waiting for us at Airport. He took us to Gandola ride...and then we were left for Christchurch city city trip. Next morning we enjoyed TransAlpine Railways to reach at Grey mouth. From there we were taken to Queenstown by a cotch tour.. We enjoyed a lot in this trip due to very well knit plan and adequate chances for photography and shopping. Finally I must give a big thanks for Mr Manish and his junior Amna.. Everytime they were accessable over phone and WhatsApp.. I think this is what we need most when we are abroad....
