The thing we liked the most was the kindness of the branch manager of the place, very willing to help. My experience with MMT is not good at all. I have booked two tickets on 26 th July, 10th oct SDH-NJP & 15th Oct NJP-SDH. But the profile is showing only one ticket of 15 th Oct. While booking the 10 th Oct tickets was not confirmed but RAC, which turned into confirmed ticket after 2 days from booking day. In the mean time my IRCTC prole is showing both tickets as booked but MMT app and website still is not showing the ticket of 15th Oct. And haven't receive any email after confirming of the ticket. So I don't have any booking ID. Now I need to cancel the tickets. But unable to do so. Neither getting any help from MMT, several call attempted on the available numbers on internet, put email. The customer service executive asked for booking id, which is not been provided to me. I have the PNR number and booking transaction ID. I dont receive all those and I need to cancel the ticket. I don't know if any kind of fraudulent has been done with me

But it is found that make my trip removed all my previous trip . And kolkata to bagdogra flight trip details is also removed from my trip.Now make my trip not giving any option to call customer care for refund of my money. Over all trip was good. There were one or two minor issues. Those were pointed out to MakeMyTrip representatives so that other travelers don’t face any problem. Hotels were very good. Diver Stevin from Traveloguecochin was extremely good driver and very helpful and well behaved boy. He took good care of two senior citizens like us. In future I would definitely plan my travel with MakeMyTrip.

Hello everyone, We had planned a trip to Thailand via MMT. Places we visited were Phuket, Phiphi, Krabi, Pattaya, Bangkok. Hotels were good, location wise and infrastructure wise except for the hotel @Bangkok. Note: We started our trip from Phuket, but we need to take our visa from Bangkok by paying 400TBH for 2 person as layover time was less and general visa queue was big. So we took visa express line and paid 400tbh for faster visa processing. It took around 10-15mins and we got our visa. This was not communicated earlier to us via MMT. We got to know this while collecting our boarding passes from Kolkata airport. Overall experience was good. I would like to recommend MMT for such kind of trip. Thank you.

We had a wonderful trip to Phuket and Bangkok which was planned at a very late stage. Very comfortable stay and nice and helpful team in Oakwood Hotel Journeyhub Phuket. Good transport arrangements and other requirements well taken care off both in Phuket and Bangkok. Hotel Ibis Bangkok was okay. They could have better choice in Buffet breakfast and better Air Conditioning in rooms. Otherwise the reception team was very helpful. Thanks to Ms. Kulsum and MakeMyTrip team to make the trip memorable. My son enjoyed and had a great time at Safari world and Dreamworld in Bangkok.
