Booked a ride today morning at around 8.30.The payment amount was Rs 466/- from Narendrapur Station Road to Calcutta National Medical College.But after reaching the amount they charged Rs 722/-.After lodging complain they refunded Rs 146/- in the form of voucher.

i paid cash to driver 471 as my riding charge on 17.12.21 after reached my destination. bt after that showing make online payment. what is this.i will leave this service unless my problem is solved.
