It's just gonna took all your money just for some simple headache. Worse food.

This is the worst hospital in this area. They charge patient for super deluxe room but keep them in general ward. Reception does not provide proper assistance and rudely behaves with patient family. Hygiene and cleanliness is pathetic. Hospital staffs are horrible. Ask patient to deposit huge amount during admission , inspite of having mediclaim. Nurse mishandle medicines . Beware of the person named Tapan Das ( hospital staff) who does not follow instructions given by Doctor. Food is worst in terms of quality and quantity.

The worst hospital services ever seen having less experienced doctors with unqualified staff who don't have any knowledge how to treat a patient and behaves vigorously with them. Patient goes there for treatment and comes home with another injury or disease caused by the staff of the hospital. Highly recommended not to admit your loved ones in this hospital. Wish Google had a rating info in -*'s, would have given -5* instead of 5*.

This is a nurshing home hospital, some expensive but overall good basically for local peoples. They can get treatment from this hospital. Doctors and staffs are good behaviour. Generally all types of treatment you can get there. Some doctors are very expensive. Overall is good.

Really helpful guys. But some improvement is needed in behaviour of people. Reception is very good. Clean area. Infrastructure is medium. Cost wise if you have mediclaim you can go there with confidence.

This is one of the wrost hospital in hooghly , howrah and kolkata also. They want only money. If you have mediclaim then thay charged a lots of money.... hospitsl mediclaim executive Mr Pabitra said that if patient have madiclaim then dr fees 3times extra. 1st june I admitted for galbladder operation and they dischareged 3rd june and total bill was 76 thousand rupees.... I extreme request is that please dont go in this hospital. They are theft....

Open loot, no inside doctors, outside doctor attend on call who charges extra , unnecessary tests advises by the visiting doctors even those reports available with the patients.

Too much bill. Service not upto expected level. No card payment facility always insist on cash payment. Torn sheets on bed. Pay extra for washing else no hygiene.

Very poor hospital facility. Never seen such outdated ICU facility (total hospital infrastructure). They are just looting money. One of my relatives was there and they charged almost 18k for just 14-15 hours. Eventually, we got that feeling that it's a trick (Doctor recommended this hospital,for our case k,zand was able to discharge our patient on the very next day. Not because of money just because they are looters. U will get to see 7-8 (staffs) people in the ground floor. They are always looking at you as if they want money. There is no Doctor, no nurses etc.. outside Doctors visited there on call basis. Otherwise, there was no doctor. Staffs are over friendly. I have visited the hospital during visiting hours and I was surprised, Hospital premises was absolutely empty. There was not a single patient party. Not recommended at all. They are proper Thief. Hence, beware of this Hospital.

Good hospital in Uttarpara to Serampore region. Always doctors are available

Overall experience is good. We had a C section on 3rd Feb and it was done by Mr. Soumen Das. Only problem is mosquitoes, even after running the mosquitoes killer still the problem persist.

My covid result came positive and I was admitted in hospital.Definitely one of the best and trusted hospital in Hooghly district.Clean area with good and peaceful environment.Reception is good.Infrastructure is good.Nurses and staffs are very polite and well mannered.But there is need to be improvement in the quality and variety of food. I was under the treatment of Dr Sourav Kundu.He is a very good doctor.Moreover he is a very good human being.He listens each and every problem of patients and treated them conservatively.His behaviour towards patient and their family is just beyond imagination.I can't describe in words.He is next to GOD.

Recently my delivery done here, good infrastructure.Metarnety word is very good, sisters are very helpful. Very satisfied.

All the staff in this hospital holds good behaviour... And the doctors are very patient and listens minutely

The most worst Hospital. Doctor behaviour is worst, pathetic. Zero cooperation, huge billing. Never go to this hospital. There was one nephrology doctor Kanai Karmakar, extream behaviour issue with my wife & father in law. Is this free of cost you people treated my father idiots. Just took 100000/- and did nothing thiefs. He said my father required dylysis. Fir 2nd opinion went for other hospital , without dylisus my father cured.

Very poor conditions of hospital, they dont even accept cards or UPI for payment, and charge much more than a high class hospital, even nurse takes money to give services to patients,
