I frequently use their services in booking train tickets at short notice. So far so good. They stand by their promises. No complaints as of now. Prices are a little on the higher side. They can consider making it a little more competitive.

Ladakh trip was awesome. Both Me and my husband has thoroughly enjoyed. Food was really good. Hotels, tents and above all the vehicle was fantastic. The tour guide koumik Ghosh gave us all the information and intonations with correct data .we wish to travel again with such group. Thank u.

Don't know their service quality. But it's really very embarrassing that they misguided me. Told me that June first wk MP jungle safari is closed. I have repeated them 3 times that they are intimating wrong. They urged with me Anyway terrible experience I have had with over phone 3 days left they even did not provided iternery or quote for my MP upcoming tour. Terrible. Simply not suggested

Me and my husband (Attrayee and Ranindra) went to Kashmir and Ladakh tour with the travel company " CHUTIR HAWA" and it was a memorable experience. Tour was just awesome in all aspect. In every part of the tour, in all areas food was yummy, in mountains these type of food arrangement was just great. In terms of sightseeing, we can say in one word Mervellous. We got more than which we have expected. In transport arrangement, we got our vehicle always ready. This was the best part in the tour. Tour plan and execution was perfect from our point of view.

Our journey is April 10th 2019 for puri. So i will Serch ticket from Irctc... There are no confirm ticket available... But Chutir Hawa give all confirm berth both round trip..... Thank a lot. Sourav Das.

Wrost travel agent....total fraud and scam tour operators even the hotels provided by them they r shocked about the amount taken in accordance with the rate of their hotel.... harassment in changing hotels after not providing the shown hotels...total fraud

The entire package including train booking tickets, and the hotel booking within such short span of time is extremely appreciated, the hotel was very good, homely atmosphere with a pleasant behaviour of the staff will make feel others at home. Bunch of cheats. They will do your tatkal booking by charging a high price and assuring you a seat in a train. Then they will take an advance and book a seat that is far lowly priced than the actual amount that was decided for. When you go and claim back for returning the excess charged, they will show you the previously decided price for a train seat that was never booked. I paid about 950 rupees extra and they outrightly lied to my face. Will never go back to this place hoarding cheats!
