Food and accommodation facility available near the railway station. A bar attached with this. Small size conference hall also available. Average food. Not maintained as neat especially kitchen area. No friendly atmosphere. The location is very near to the railway station and bus stand is the main attraction to this place.

A good place to have a nice cold beer and snacks. Friendly staff and dim lighting give you a pub feeling. The rates are quite reasonable.

Good food. Good ambience and good service. Kerala Style Meals for lunch is a must try. Place is clean and well maintained. Might find it difficult to get a parking space in frobt during busy hours but the watchman will help you find an alternative space to park.

Reached there at 1 pm. At first the security said that the AC bar is closed. So we went to the local bar in basement. Somehow had 2 beer and jumped out! Only to find out that the AC bar is opened! Since there was limited time, we went inside the AC restaurant but couldn't find any waiter. When I checked in the reception, the lady said to have a seat. But I saw many clients sitting idle wairing for some one to attend. Thank God that we didn't wait. Else we would have missed our train at 2.50!!! The AC bar looked bit OK compared to the other one in the basement. Hope the management recruit few more staff.

An Average A/c Bar, recently renovated the local bar on the ground floor, more attractive now but poor service.

One of the best bar in kannur , parking facility is limitted and it's a drawback, well behaved staff, all kind of payment options available here. Restaurant is good .

Bar with decent authentic situations,, not good for foreign life's,, but The bar really made up for the LOCALS.

Very Much Bad Experience Received!! Even the waitress or waiters don't even have any kot Booklet and order taken is properly served. Before the closing time as per the law, The staff will force every customer to quit the place by not even consider they have paid for what they have placed the food and liquor order. Very Much Disappointed with this hotel. Service Not at all worth for the money, whomever is paying! Ashamed for the first time by the staff!! Good bar and resto. More of a pub

. Superb in look, but not in real terms. The management and staff lack conviction. They are not trained the modern ways of hospitality. Happened to visit the restaurant a week ago. The dishes were not ready even after an hour of scheduled timings. When it came ready, they were running for bowls and spoons to serve. What a poor management of events. Never think of conducting a get together.

1) Tasty food and reasonable quantity 2) cost is a bit above average, May be due to the prime location of the Hotel 3) People on wheelchair will be a bit difficult to enter since no ramp, a bit lifting will be fine 4) very personalized dark ambience good for persons like privacy. 5) Service was good

Good place, super service and good atmosphere. Food except lunch was good. We ordered biriyani for lunch once, it was cold, next day ordered sadya, that too was cold except rice. Curd was bitter and it caused vomiting and upset stomach.

Food is good. Tried beef and Chicken Biriyani Service is really nice. Two people can eat a biriyani portion. The only problem I struggled with was that the beef pieces in Biriyani were too big and hard. They should consider cutting it atleast into four pieces instead of two huge ones.
