A small mall, if I understood correctly, people go here mostly to get stuffs from Greens. MAX is an another option here, but there is not much selection. They charge for carry bags even for a bill of 10K. Escalators are never functional. Gaming area is not so good.

It's a mall located in the heart of the city near Caltex, Kannur. Even though the mall is limited in space, maximum utilisation of the space is done here. The building is not well maintained like other prominent malls in Kerala. There is a supermarket in the ground floor and a food court at second floor. There is a car parking space in front of the mall also in the basement. It's a one stop solution for all the people residing in and around Kannur, but cannot be compared to prominent malls in Kerala.

Think twice before taking your kids to the play area. I've never seen a less safer place than this. See the images and judge the place. All these metal pipes are exposed at places where kids jump and might fall. These could cause SERIOUS injury. One of those nets tued high where kids tun, was torn and my 2 year old almost fell off it! Luckily, my wife was able to catch him. LOOK AT THAT SHARP STEEL CORNER ON THE TRAMPOLINE!!!!!!!! When I notified them of the same, they looked as if they've never seen this before. I mean, what's wrong with these people?

Nice and well maintained mall Greens Hypermarket and restaurants food court. Neatly maintained. They have a basement parking space for two-wheelers as well as four-wheelers separately. But they are charging for parking 🤦🏻. Has a lot of branded apparel shops, A floor with games is also available. Good place to buy clothes than hangout.😉

One of the leading malls 3-4 years back. Even now it's doing well on weekends. Considering the only good proper mall without multiplex it's fine but bit small if we keep expectations and go comparing urban metropolitan cities, malls

Mall is not maintained properly. Lifts and escalators are not functional at some places.Digital modes of payment are not working in some shops on the food court. The entry to/exit of basement car parking is very bad as iron rails are projecting out. It creates a very bad impression. The area surrounding the mall needs to be renovated.

This is only mall in Kannur.. even though gmall is there.. Capitol mall is better...first floor has greens supermarket..and few other shops.. fourth floor has few games,7d movies and food court.. Even car park space is there It can't be compared with other big Malls..

Always has been my favourite mall in kannur and now that Im staying close enough in Thana I am very happy....Everything has been Kept up to date,clean and neat always.However only problem I had faced is lift which does not work sometimes.Rest all great the ambience is superb.

Capitol mall was beautiful back then. But now i have to say the ower is destroying it. The mall is not maintained well, the buildings looks old. The Authority must renovate this mall to balance with other beautiful malls. The shops and food counters are good. Also plenty of parking space is there.During evening the place will become crowed and busy. Overall nice place to hangout with friends and family.
