This review is for the security staff and the loading bay manager. I deliver to this place regularly and must admit they are some of the coolest guys I come across on my night shift. Always willing to help me get my boxes through the door and constantly telling me I need to slow down I work too hard. Just all round genuinely nice people.

The Rosewood London Hotel is a luxurious five-star hotel located in the heart of London. The hotel is housed in a beautiful Edwardian building and features elegant rooms and suites, a world-class spa, and several award-winning restaurants and bars. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are luxurious with deep soaking tubs and walk-in showers. The hotel's spa, Sense, is a true oasis in the heart of the city. The spa offers a wide range of treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps. There is also a sauna, steam room, and indoor pool. Absolute disaster from the moment I stepped into this property. First, I asked hotel concierge to get us a cab to visit Harry Porter studios , they “hailed” a cab and charged a fixed price to make extra side cash. Every time we got to the hotel, the bell boys just stared and would not even help with the stroller, although they would see us struggling with kids. The epic disaster happened at breakfast where they served us 45 minutes after placing order. We asked for poached eggs, the eggs sat for so long that they gave us Hardboiled eggs and called it poached. You are paying for 5 star and getting 0 star service. I asked to see the GM of the propriety but he would not come and speak to me. All of them were hiding behind their desks. After I mentioned that I will myself walk over to his office to complain, finally they sent out Julian the F&B Director, who just kept saying it was unacceptable the treatment we got. Rosewood in US especially DC is great but what a shame in London. I would never return neither I would recommend anyone using this property.

Staff at this hotel treat you like royalty, the mattress was so comfortable even the bath towels were so soft and luxurious .. The Room was the right temperature at all times and at a high standard of furnishings, the room felt private and soundproof. The breakfast was exceptional. I felt so comfortable would definitely visit again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Incredible service and I’d highly recommend a stay here. Rooms, food and staff were all first class. On top of a fantastic location for anyone looking for access to London’s best attractions and hospitality scene.

I joined a friend staying here and had afternoon tea. It was a lovely experience. Teas and cakes were delicious, including the gluten-free options. A David Hockney art theme inspired all the servings and was also visually beautiful. The location is excellent, too. I recommend it.

I recently stayed at the Rosewood London hotel in Holborn and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at home. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and design throughout. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with all of the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep each night of my stay.

The best hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay at in London. The service is excellent and careful to the guest needs.the atmosphere is elegant and refined. In my opinion a plus is definitely the beautiful Scarfes bar with the live jazz music!

Had a week’s stay in July for summer vacation: room was well-appointed and the shower was especially wonderful (both in terms of water pressure, not having to wait for water to get to the right temperature), housekeeping and front desk were helpful with everything we needed. However we had some issues with the safe in our room even after two engineers came to fix it. On 1 or 2 days, the room wasn’t cleaned even though after we asked for it. The hotel is far from Harrods etc but are near some supermarkets - which was nice.

Just had the most amazing stay at Rosewood London. The room was spacious yet cozy, loved the fire, atmosphere and martini and bar snacks in Scarfs. I loved it so much I stayed in and ordered room service which was delicious. Can’t wait to visit again!

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! It's stunning interior and amazing Scarfes lounge, and the warmth and sophistication of all its spaces.. the staff are so helpful and I just felt at home but with a 7 star service! They go out of their way with some really personal touches in the rooms during my stay which showed me how caring and attentive they were! Super impressed! I recommend it by all measures and I can't wait to come back again !

It is difficult for me to think there is a better hotel in the world. Every staff member was curious with our kids and helpful. The room service was so good we didn't want to leave the hotel. Concierge was engaged with us constantly. The maid service was extremely good and helpful.

What an incredible experience. The attention to detail is second to none. I really felt like I was at home (if I lived in a stunning 1920’s mansion with everything I could possibly want and more) being looked after by my best friend who was a mind reader. I can’t wait to come back and do it all over again.

Treated my mum to a birthday tea. Incredible experience, great service, and amazing desserts. Well priced for the quality. They even brought a special cake for my mum's birthday. The best afternoon tea in London I've had.

After staying in other Rosewood Hotels in other countries, we were looking forward to visiting the Rosewood in London. Since it has been branding itself as a “one-of-a-kind luxury hotel”, we got high expectations. Unfortunately, the only “over and beyond” we experienced was disappointment. Accessibility - we stayed here for 3 nights. There was not a single time that we managed to walk to the lobby lift without having to dodge cars trying to park in the front of the entrance(really tight space). Also, there were always groups of people clogging the entrance that appeared to be waiting for something. It’s almost like walking through a farmer’s market; there was a lift that allow us to dodge the lobby area from the dining room, but it never seemed to be working; The room - the hotel itself is pretty, including the bathroom, marbles and unique retro design like all other Rosewood hotels we’ve been. However, the room itself looks like an airport hotel. The room, especially the drawers and cupboards, got this obvious MOLDY smell. A lot of the sockets were broken too. Had to try them out one by one the first night we arrived in order to figure out which ones were working. Also daytime construction happening in one of the rooms near us. Staffs were helpful (albeit cold and no greetings if you are not talking to them directly), food was good. Those are the things you could easily get from a hotel 1/2 of the price though. If you like the unique design, come for a meal or drinks. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, especially if you’ve been to other Rosewood hotels and got high expectations like we did.

Beautiful property with ultra luxurious accommodations. Staff was always smiling, welcoming and helpful at every interaction. Our 2 bedroom Suite was spacious for our family of 4 and exquisitely furnished. Best of all were the bed, pillows and bed linens. Bathrooms were beautiful adorned with modern yet classic English fixtures and fantastic water pressure! Breakfast was excellent both at the mirror and holborn rooms. In room dining service was prompt and the food was impressive. Concierge staff were all very helpful with each request starting before our arrival and throughout our stay and guest relations front desk staff especially Ellie were all top hospitality professionals. We very much enjoyed our time in London and our stay at the Rosewood. Much looking forward to our next Rosewood hotel stay.

Super rude door men, it was 11:40 and after a good dinner with friends in the hotel's restaurant my gf and I wanted to see the bar before we left. The two doormen denied entrance, the first sent us to the outside entrance and the second said that it is 20' before closing so they cant let us in. The hotel should reconsider who they let to handle their face control at the bar. I am a 40 year old male with a decent job in London and quite polite. I am literally their customer base. They should not treat people who belong to their customer base like this, hospitality had hard time during covid and especially now with the extra pressure from inflation there are plenty of reason to avoid going to bars. They should not give people extra reasons to avoid visiting their location.

Truly a 5 star experience from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The Rosewood London is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with very spacious and well appointed rooms. But the real star of the show is the incredible staff. The general manager Phillipe and his team are committed to making their guests happy and comfortable without hesitation. They made sure my family and I had an excellent stay! This will definitely be my go-to London hotel for work or holiday. Thank you to the Rosewood staff!

I travel a lot on business and with my family when time allows, and this year we chose to spend Christmas in London and for the first time I chose Rosewood hotel, although I am a gold member of other famous 5-star hotel chains. Here I met 2 extremely polite and very professional managers, Mr. Aiman and Mr. Bruno, thanks to whom I have a wonderful vacation and who made me feel at home with my family. Congratulations and you are really great managers! I recommend this hotel and when you arrive, ask them for sure you will be very satisfied!

As someone who has been working in hospitality for over a decade now, I can say with confidence that it has been one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in London in recent years. The rooms were spacious and very nicely designed. Housekeeping was very efficient in servicing the room at the requested time for turndown and the hallway treats were definitively welcome and a nice surprise to come back to the hotel to! The reception team along with the breakfast restaurant team were very welcoming. Although there for very short stay, the Rosewood did not disappoint and I look forward to coming back very soon.

I was pleasantly impressed with my customer experience at Rosewood. Service was very attentive and tailored to myself and my needs. Moreover staff was incredibly friendly, competent and helpful in timers of assisting with any queries posed and going above and beyond, such as suggesting a car service for me to reach the hotel once I arrived in London. Overall a fantastic experience!

Rosewood London, a fantastic hotel in the middle of London. Clean, net and not stiff as you would expect. Although we do have some remarks. At the arrival there was no pick-up, strange after receiving more than 5 mails concerning our pick-up. Someone would be there right after the customs but there was no one. After we called the hotel the driver picked us up and mentioned he was waiting outside. But what’s outside, as the station was having several exits and by mail something else was been told. Not a good start for new guests. The other thing is, we knew we had queen sizes beds (a family room) but we didn’t checked this properly: so the size where much smaller then we expected. After the second day/night we asked the reception if there are bigger beds, but that was impossible. Strange that at the checked out we mentioned this again after they asked if all was perfect, the answer was: if we mentioned it earlier they could handle this… excuse me, we mentioned this. Therefor we think, no we know, that this kind of information (also pick-up) must be better, especially for this hotel! Therefor only four of the five stars for this five-star hotel. Everything else was perfect: the room, the bathroom, the breakfast and even the outside bar/restaurant outstanding. Hope we will visit the Rosewood again and hopefully they will manage and improve our issues. At the end of our stay one of our kids forgot to take his glasses, after sending a mail we got an early reply that they will send the glasses by post to our home address. Glad that we ended our stay with this great help. ❤️

Amazing hotel. Staff all very smart, polite and helpful. Went to a wedding in the Grand Ballroom which was fantastic. Only one little criticism - the staff photographers were too intrusive and spoilt the atmosphere somewhat.

This stay has completely changed my view on Rosewood London, it showed me how valued the guest is at Rosewood, and won me over. Being the founder of a company which primarily sells actual rosewood timber from all over the world, me and this hotel get along well. In short, I will definitely make the Rosewood my primary place of stay on my trips to London from now on, since this experience has been spectacular ! I hope it always will be like that, and that I can become a regular at Rosewood. Best, Ali

The Rosewood is an outstanding place. We felt very warm and cared for by each member of the hotel staff. the room service is very prompt and a very attentive staff. the rooms are cozy and felt very comfortable despite travelling with my 2 daughters of which one is an infant. The breakfast is to die for. The entire staff at breakfast at the Holborn Dining Room is so hospitable and caring and well trained in child care. We were served by Howey on most days and he is amazing with his conduct. cant think of any other place to stay in London anymore.

Service and property exceeded my expectations. The property and rooms are beautifully decorated and maintained. It's a stylish place without being pretentious. The customer service at every level from doorman/ front desk/ in room dining operators to housekeeping did their jobs professionally and courteously.

Mid June 22. 3 night stay. Going back. Service. Food. Drinks. Staff. All top notch. The main bar is one of London's finest. The Mexican cafe has some work to do but we were there opening week.

We had an incredible stay at the Rosewood over our wedding weekend in London! The suite we stayed in was stunning as is the entire hotel. Catherine and the team were so helpful with making arrangements for our wedding suite and other wedding guests staying at the hotel. The butler team was amazing on the day assisting with bringing food and cleaning up throughout the day. I highly recommend the Rosewood for any stay in London. It is a beautiful hotel with an amazing team that is so eager to help. We are so grateful for everything and so glad we stayed at the Rosewood!

The room was satisfactory and the staff pleasant. I asked for an extra hour to check out, and the front desk was not cooperative and got a little bit of an attitude with me. Clearly if motivated they could have helped me out.

Lovely looking hotel entrance was a little awkward to locate lovely interior staff were polite and helpful and friendly only little bugbear I had was the room I was in was a little bit too dark took a while for my eyes to adjust. I was also disappointed with the food chicken was dry a very salty and there wasn't much to it I think the kitchen concentration was too much on the look of the plate rather than the taste of the food the sweet was ordinary also not good enough other than that it was a thumbs up.

I have an extremely pleasant time and a very warm welcome at this amazing hotel! The view from my room is fantastic! I’ll definitely look forward to returning again! Turn out my return stay is even more spectacular! Thank you for the amazing hospitality! The suite is so spacious & beautifully decorated! Their florists are amazing as well💐

I am totally in love with this place. I have yet to stay, but I have been several times to eat. The interior within the hotel is out of this world. The food is elegant yet satisfyingly filling and the cocktail bar can be what you make of it. During the day you can sit by the fire drinking wine feeling all cozy and relaxed. And on the evening you can prep yourself up by the bar sipping on a well prepared cocktail whilst taking in the mood of the night.

We stayed for 3 night, 4 days for the first leg of our honeymoon. We simply can’t fault our stay. We were extremely well looked after, staff were attentive, knew our names and our occasion and the hotel was breathtakingly beautiful. We enjoyed our room, the bar, and restaurant and especially enjoyed the steam room in the spa centre. We look forward to visiting again.
