Wonderful. Old with delightful and helpful staff. I was waiting for someone to finish a meeting. The staff were kind and asked me to sit closer the fire to warm up in the entrance. A young staff member wrote down 5 restaurants he recommended. It is these simple acts of kindness that make me become loyal to a brand. We all know things can go wrong but these staff members were on the ball. Thank you. I can't wait to have a meal there with some friends.

Afternoon tea was mediocre at best. Overcrowded, uneven service. Even with a reservation we were placed in the main traffic area. They did move us to be fair but we had three different servers. Chain of custody on my allergy to mango was not passed on and was served it nonetheless. Good thing I always ask what’s being served or I could have been in big trouble. Servers were nice but long intervals between seeing them. Much better options elsewhere. Live and learn on this one. The hotel appears to be a nice place but avoid it for afternoon tea.

This is probably the best hotel in London. The bar and the restaurant are phenomenal with perfect services. I always meet my important clients and friends there. Specifically the red room with a secret cigar bar. The manager Adam was super helpful and introduced their exclusive collection of cigars to me patiently. One of my friends find herself being taken care well. They also have a special ventilation system so you can leave the bar without any smell on you.

Classy and stylish. The details are mind-blowing. What really stood out though is how humble the staff are and how genuinely welcoming, courteous and helpful everyone was. It makes such a historic, sophisticated hotel so approachable and familiar. Great experience! Thanks to all the team for looking after us so exceptionally well.

Most famous hotel with number one rated bar in the world voted by the top visitor. However, the entrance is like the congested spaghetti junction. If you ask, the service is top notched to take you where you want to go. Highly service orientated and labor intensive, if you like to be served. The bar is very retro, like Joan and Jackie Collins movies movie set, many moons behind. Now, you know my age group! Some people like it!!!! As I had my red wine not their famous cocktails. So no comment.

We stayed over the weekend and yes it is a nice hotel, however at that price point there are better options. Their restaurant and bar side hustle is getting in the way of the hotel itself. There was quite a crowd of bar guests in the lobby taking selfies and also roaming the hallways. Sadly the access control on the elevator was turned off so anybody could get into the hotel area. Not recommended.

I really wanna thank the security team for helping me find back the identification cards and personal stuffs from my lost wallet. It will be easily missed for just laying there on the road. And thank you the hotel to figure out a way to find my number and call me. Really thoughtful and kind!!

Bar : No doubt excellently crafted cocktails, but would I pay close to £30 for one drink? Nope. Especially seeing that we have amazing cocktails bars in SG- that charge about £20. :)

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed. Red room was just outstanding! Fab burrata salad and very fine selection of wines!

Stayed twice now at the Connaught hotel and it’s simply the best hotel in London, possibly one of the best city hotels in the world. Staff and service are excellent, breakfast is amazing as well as the bars and restaurants. As well as a fantastic location.

If I could give them 10 stars I would, every detail is purposely thought out and their service at the bar was perfect. It's playful and professional at the same time. If you like martinis, and even if you don't, please order one.

Best drinks in the multiple bars. The red room is the newest addition and is very nice. Drinks were a bit odd, but ordered some classical drinks which were superb as always. Excellent service too.

Had an exceptional meal at The Grill at The Connaught. Top-notch service, exquisite dishes, and a sommelier who nailed the wine pairings. A dining experience to remember. Can’t wait to go back!

Great bites and staff. Stepping into The Connaught feels a little like entering another world. Elegant, yet effortless. Set apart from the bustle of London, yet immersed in its culture. Dedicated to fine art, as well as the finer things in life. Every guest receives our world-famous levels of service. Leave the bags to your butler and take in your surroundings. As you ascend the historic staircase, let The Connaught work its magic. Your wish is our command.

If you're looking for a dining experience that's equal parts delicious and delightful, look no further than the Red Room in the Connaught. From the moment you walk in the door, you'll be greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance makes this bar so special - it's the people who work there, like the wonderful bartender, Ed. He was an absolute joy to watch in action, and his skill behind the bar was truly impressive. He took the time to get to know each guest and their preferences, and his recommendations were spot on. But beyond his technical expertise. Ed was also an incredibly friendly and personable bartender. He was always happy to chat and share his knowledge and expertise and his passion for his craft was evident.

A delightful surprise awaited us after ordering drinks in the restaurant. A fantastic sommelier Harshal Thakkar. He was informed, professional and very customer centric. His recommendations were amazing and he went out of his way to support a great choice. Will definitely be back!

Overall a great experience. The only disappointment was we arrived early and had to wait roughly 7 hours until a room was ready. In the meantime, we were able to get breakfast, check out the amazing spa facility and explore London a bit. The room was pretty small but everything was very nice. Great bathroom. The best part of our stay was the restaurants and bars inside The Connaught. Also, the candle scent throughout the hotel was great.

Old World elegance and superb service. How they all knew our names the moment we arrived was amazing. Wonderful restaurant and bar choices within. Only negative is a tiny lobby with nowhere to sit and wait.

I went to the Connaught for a cocktail before heading out for dinner. Unbelievably all the bars were packed but the staff went out of their way to find us a seat. Before we ordered our drinks we were given a free small cocktail and delicious nibbles. The cocktail was very unusual. I will definitely return.

Had lunch with a few friends, service and food was fantastic. Côte de Bouef was exceptional, lamb chops perfectly cooked. Alcohol prices are high but to be expected in a 5 star hotel restaurant.

Stayed in a suite for Christmas and to say it was disappointing is an understatement. Shabby and in much need of tlc. For a 5 star hotel that's unforgiveable. Great service from excellent staff though Summary: they're using their good name to the maximum but there are plenty of much better 5 star hotels in Central London

Lovely interiors, art collection and commissions (with good representation of female artists like Louise Bourgeois). Would love to come back and stay or spend a bit more time here soaking up the atmosphere and seeing more of the work.

Had afternoon tea which was great but service could be better: I expect in a place like this that if anything is poured on table, it gets cleaned, right? Or that the plates are not placed over the cutlery. But overall it was excellent

I am writing this post because I was impressed by the quality of the massage - One of my top three massages of all time and I have had many. The beds for the massage are also very comfortable. Would recommend!

Whilst I didn't stay in the hotel, I visited with the family for an afternoon tea. Afternoon tea happens in their Jean George restaurant. At the time we visited the set up felt a bit snug, still comfortable. The aircon was on high and stayed with jumpers and jackets on and asked for a blanket, which they provided. I compare the experience to the experience we had at the Claridge's we had a few years back. At the Connaught it's a bit easier to book a weekend afternoon tea, almost impossible at Claridge's. Service was great although there were some delays. That was an advantage for us as it's easier to go through so much nice sandwiches, scones and pastries within a longer period of time, rather than gulp it down. The grape juice champagne and the scones were the stand outs for me. Sandwiches and pastries marginally after. There are tables outside the restaurant/hotel in a very nice setting on the edge of the square under the trees. On a nice day, I can imagine being seated there is a treat.

Had ordered pastries for pick up and got dropped off at the main entrance of the hotel not knowing that The Connaught Patisserie is accessible from outside of the hotel. Courteous service from the bell boy, had a brief look around the lobby floor of the property. Would love to stay here on my next visit to London.

We decided to celebrate our friend's birthday with a good afternoon tea in the center ... destination Connaught hotel! Obviously we booked the specific event in advance; the welcome was very professional. The table overlooking the square, the menu has an excellent selection of tea and also decaffeinated, and even the selection of champagnes is not bad. The selection of traditional sandwiches and the impeccable selection of desserts both in terms of presence and taste. The price is obviously not low, but quality, hospitality and service guarantee the price of the bill. I would like to thank the particular Fernando, who took care of our experience at the Connaught to the smallest detail, very elegant in the service and professional in looking after us( I would like to have him in my team). Unforgettable experience. Grazie mille Fernando and Connaught!
