Great couple of nights spent here, with easy access to the O2. Room had everything we needed. Special thanks goes to Harry who was absolutely fabulous and helped us out both when we arrived and when we left. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He is worth his weight in gold. We will be back.

This was my first time staying at an aparthotel. My experience was very good. Akram checked us in and out. He was professional and friendly towards us. The room was big enough and had all the amenities that we needed. Ate breakfast at the Premier Inn next door. I would definitely recommend for female travellers and lone travellers.

Really enjoyed our stay! Great loacation for visiting Greenwich market, close to the station and only a short taxi to the O2. All the staff were friendly and helpfull we even received a free upgrade! Rooms were modern, clean and had everything you need! we found the whatsapp messaging service very handy! I would definitely recommend 👌

Only the accessible room for 3 was available so we booked it due to lack of rooms in general in London at the time. The apartments are very nice and modern. Bed was comfy, including the sofa bed. It doesn't have walls on the shower, so the water sprinkles all over the place. I would recommend to install foldable glass panels so they can be used when needed. Nice cafe nearby. Very friendly and kind service. There is a metro station nearby at 5 min distance and also bus station. The only problem is that if you're planning to spend most of your time in City centre, then you need to consider that it would take you ablout 45 mins in each direction. This kind of ruined our trip...

We had a comfortable stay and the staff was friendly. The only thing that was annoying was that 4 times, our door wouldn't unlock and they had to change the keys multiple times. We waited extended time everytime they had to change the keys. Other than that, it was clean and nice to stay there.

Fabulous Aparthotel. Cannot recommend enough. Great location, room spotless with a little kitchenette. Incredibly friendly staff, in particular Marshall, who went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location for O2 arena.

Happy to say that I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Lively street, Greenwich station nearby. Kitchenette in room was a big plus. 👍 for staff. Its the first time i am here and Harry and Marshall had been super helpful since day, providing directions to trains and any other thin required. The place is nice and near to the station, all the staff has been been helpful along. A special cheers for Harry though.

Great location for our visit to the O2 Excellent friendly service from reception. Speedy check-in. Our room was on the 3rd floor Very clean welcoming and well appointed. Loved the complimentary welcome snacks and the card from the team. Great shower in the stylish bathroom. Loved the kitchen, very handy. Parking was secure in the underground car park and was very inexpensive. Would highly recommend 👌

Loved the location. Close to a great chippy and the train station and just a short walk from all the Greenwich activities. Room was clean with a nice little kitchen and table. Fold out couch a little lumpy but we made it work. Felt safe in the area even late at night.

Clean, great room. Fantastic to have a full kitchen with cutlery, crockery - even a dishwasher! Got to leave bags for free. Thank you to Marshall for a great checkout.

We were checked in by Kasandra and Sebastian who were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very hot when we arrived and we couldn't get the air con working. They fixed that for us and brought two fans to cool it faster. Later when we were going out, Sebastian took some brilliant photographs of us. Thank you all! Definitely recommend 👌

The reception was good. We had a good contact with them and they helped when needed. The location was 8/10. The room was 8/10. There was no housekeeping in our 5 day stay. No new towels, no cleaning and no beds were done.

Had such a great stay here. The apartment is cute, functional & central. The team is also very helpful, allowing us early checking when we arrived & late checkout. Also had a glass of prosecco on the house to start the weekend. Thanks to Maddie & Marshall you were both exceptionally helpful

Great place to stay, staff were all very nice and room was comfy. Bed was comfy, shower was big, room was nice and warm too. Great location with station a short walk away. A cafe, Chip shop and convenience directly opposite. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The staff were so nice and helpful. Especially Andreea and Sebastian, they were so considerate and everything. Nice place, clean and quiet in the room. Excellent location. Parking close by. Will come back.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s superb value for money. Rooms are basic but comfortable, staff are friendly and location is very good. We will be back.

Was just speaking with my partner if she would stay again as the lady asked us to review. Room was clean, plenty of tv channels, good size fridge, plenty of cooking appliances. Lovely shower, and a huge comfortable bed!

Really nice and helpful staff. great location in between 2 train stations and bus stops. The rooms were lovely and clean too!

Stayed for one night to watch an event at the O2 arena (50 min walk from the hotel). Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. The front deck is 24hr so at any time you need something they are there. The room we stayed in was clean and had a small kitchen. Good experience overall and would stay again.

While my stay has not yet completed, Sebastian went above to make sure I was well taken care of and displayed exceptional customer service. I especially appreciated his genuine interest in my stay in London and his desire to help make my trip even more special with local recommendations.

Stayed here for two nights, nice location and not noisy. No issues with the room and staff really friendly. Only thing I’d say is the shower could of been a bit cleaner and the aircon didn’t really seem to blow out cold air.

Great spot, all staff such as Kasandra were really helpful from arrival to checking out. Amazing to have a car park and at a reasonable rate too. Very clean rooms and comfy bed.

I stayed at Stay City in Greenwich for two nights, the studio apartment was very clean and spacious with everything I needed. Andreea of reception was very friendly and welcoming. Even though I would have preferred that check in was done at the desk as usual, she was very helpful to explain to me how to do check in via phone. Well done for the service, keep it up!

This is a really nice apartment hotel. The room was cozy and bright. You have everything you need for a comfortable life for 2-3 weeks. very friendly staff here. Greta Kasandra was very friendly at check out and Sebastian was very helpful with my check in!
