Visiting four seasons for my birthday was a wonderful experience. I booked a night stay plus two spa treatments. My whole experience was a blast staff at welcoming and friendly and opened doors upon entering or exiting the building. I love the diversity of staff which to me represents London culture so elegantly. Even guests matched the energy of four seasons. My room was stunning, cleaning and breakfast was amazing! Definitely recommend you book if your looking for a luxurious break you won’t regret it! #bestbirthdayever 👌🏽

Highly recommend! The rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. The location is perfect, right across from the underground so you can get anywhere in the city. This is a business area though so after about 7pm most restaurants and pubs start closing down (even on weekends) and you have to walk a ways (or take the tube) to find dinner options.

*Room* We stayed in the Heritage Suite 1 (Room 003) where we were greater with a lovely welcome treat of a rose biscuit. The Room itself was the perfect blend between modern technology, high quality finishing, and luxury. Although the room was on teh ground floor, facing the entrance to the neighbouring Hilton, we didn’t hear any noise from the road/outside. The furnishings in the room itself had that fit and finish you’d expect from this level of hotel. From the leather Jewellery tray in the safe to cloud like comfort of the bed. No faults in the room at all! *Breakfast* We had the breakfast in the rotunda. The food itself was lovely, the full English option was cooked beautifully along with the buffet options! Service itself was where we saw some confusion. It took us quite a while to be seated, longer to order drinks, and even longer to then order food. There were a few members of staff who all seemed rushed so not entirely sure what was happening. It wasn’t only us either, the another guest who we spoke to briefly also was confused as to what was happening with the service (although her breakfast was completely wrong and left immediately after). *Spa* We booked in a for a Swedish massage and used the spa facilities afterwards. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly. The massage was brilliant, and the pools and rooms afterwards match that level of brilliance. Showers, changing rooms, and facilities (such as robes, hairdryers, shaving kit etc) were all clean, readily available and had that soft touch luxury you want to see (the robes especially). Much like the room, the Spa (and their staff) were faultless. *Conclusion* Staying in a hotel like this, you expect a few things: room/hotel to be effortlessly luxurious and the service to be quietly perfect. Whilst the Room, Spa (and staff), and concierge/reception staff all hit this high accolade, it is somewhat a shame the breakfast service was just below that (albeit) high bar. As London Locals, we do plan on returning to try their 2* restaurant and for some future weekend stays also!

One of my favourite hotels in London. The food selection is great, the rooms are modern and very spacious. The staff are amazing and it has everything you can expect from a luxury hotel. I personally love the spa and indoor swimming pool as well which is great to unwind and relax.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Trinity Square, and it exceeded all my expectations in every possible way. From the impeccable service to the stunning rooms and the world-class spa, this hotel truly offers a luxurious and unforgettable experience. **Accommodation:** Upon entering my Premier room, The room itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the attention to detail in the room's design did not go unnoticed. It felt like a home away from home, but with an added touch of elegance that is synonymous with the Four Seasons brand. The bathroom was absolutely stunning. **Room Service:** The room service at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Trinity Square was nothing short of exceptional. Whether it was a morning coffee, a late-night snack, or a full-course dinner, the service was prompt, and the food was delicious. The menu offered a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes, and the presentation was always top-notch. Dining in the comfort of my room with such gourmet offerings was a true indulgence. Halal options available **Spa and Wellness:** The hotel's spa is a true sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the spa, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquillity. The spa's facilities, including the pool, sauna, and steam room, were pristine and well-maintained. The attention to detail in the spa's design and the professionalism of the staff truly set it apart. **Service and Staff:** The staff at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Trinity Square are undoubtedly the heart and soul of the establishment. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest's needs are met with a warm smile and a willingness to assist. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel like a valued guest, and any request I had was promptly addressed. The level of service here is truly world-class. Thank you Dominic the Guest Relations Supervisor for the wonderful birthday treat. Highly appreciated. **Location:** The hotel's location is another highlight. Situated in the heart of London, it provides easy access to iconic landmarks such as the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. The proximity to public transportation makes exploring the city a breeze, and the concierge was always on hand to provide helpful recommendations and directions. In conclusion, the Four Seasons Hotel London at Trinity Square offers a luxurious and unforgettable experience. From the stunning rooms and top-notch room service to the world-class spa and impeccable service, it is a true oasis in the heart of London. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and I look forward to returning for another memorable stay in the future.

This has been by far the best hotel I have stayed in London. It has the best location. It has an amazing architecture. The staff are excellent which is very typical of four seasons. The rooms are so large and designed magnificently. The spa and pool are very good. It has a two Michelin restaurant . And the food is very good. The service is excellent.

My husband and I stayed here during the holiday/new year season and it was fabulous! We were greeted early in the morning when we arrived from our international flight and we were able to check in early, they upgraded our room upon arrival, and were very hospitable and accommodating from start to finish! The location is walking distance from the tower bridge and there is a tube line a few yards away from the hotel entrance. We enjoyed their new year party and the spa amenities while there! A special thank you to Marco, whom we met at check in and who was always a delight and incredibly helpful our entire stay. Highly recommend!!!

I recently had an amazing massage with Saniya. Her technique was absolutely on point, and she knew exactly how to target those tense areas. The atmosphere she created was so calming and soothing, it really enhanced the whole experience. She was also super friendly and professional, which made me feel comfortable right from the start. After the massage, I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. It was definitely one of the best massages I've ever had! Highly recommend giving her a try!

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed. We came to the spa and had food and drinks to celebrate wedding anniversary. The spa and hotel facilities are beautiful. Great changing rooms with softest bathrobes. Cocktails and bar snacks were exceptional and lovey live music.

Now, this is an amazing place. Club facilities are great, and the spa is amazing. I had 2 massages booked by my hubby for my birthday, both great, followed by spa and high tea. Everything is just 5*****

You are basiclly buying for perfect location and historic building. Service and hardware is just like the others, good enough, although the air conditioning in my room is not heating up.

Large sized and clean rooms (we know how hard it is to find large rooms in Europe so this is a PLUS). Service is A PLUS too. I had a 7 year old and a 1 year old with me and the hotel acknowledged that by setting up toys, pastries, diapers, baby bath tubs in my room before I get there without any requests

We’ve had an impromptu stay at this Four Seasons thanks to a cancelled flight, having said that, the only thing I regret is not staying longer. Everything from our room to the staff was wonderful. Despite how stressed out I was having had our travel plans disrupted, I’d had the best night’s sleep, top-notch quality bedding, a spa-like bathroom and great room service all made sure we got some rest before hitting the road again. I’d return any time!

This is one of my favorite Four Seasons! The facilities are immaculate, the service is the best service I have received at over 20 Four Seasons locations. The spa is also incredible, and I got a great massage before my flight back to Chicago. Additionally, they made a delicious gluten free eggs Benedict when I explained I can’t eat Gluten. I hope to visit again soon!

I came here for a work conference, and was astounded by the beautiful hotel. Definitely screams luxury to me. I can't comment on the rooms or restaurant, but I was certainly impressed by how kind and friendly every member of staff was from the moment I stepped into the entrance till the moment I left. Every member of staff went above and beyond to welcome us, and serving meals and break time refreshments. Would love to come and eat at the restaurant or stay one night in the future

Visited the bar and restaurant. There is a reason this is a 5 star hotel. Jazzy atmosphere with live piano. Service was polite and friendly. I would definitely go back for food and drinks.

I received terrible service at the Rotunda for afternoon tea in December and was so disappointed. What could have been a lovely afternoon was ruined. When I arrived at the Rotunda, the manager and another member of staff wouldn't serve my friend and I for half an hour because they couldn't find our reservation. I had booked this tea over a month ago on OpenTable, and called earlier in the week to confirm my reservation and dietary requirements. However, because management couldn't find my details, we received no service for thirty minutes, even after I showed them my text and online confirmation, and told them I had confirmed that week over the phone. The manager explained it's because we might have taken someone else's spot; however, this made no sense to me because there were plenty of empty tables available. They didn't serve until they found our reservation, which left my friend and I extremely hungry and thirsty for a long time. To make things worse, the service throughout was extremely slow and the servers were incredibly inattentive. We didn't have our tea topped up unless we flagged down servers, and it took a really long time for them to come with the bare minimum: hot water. The delayed start time for the tea meant that we were short on time to eat, so I asked for the last course to be served promptly because we had time-sensitive plans after. Even though I asked repeatedly and made it clear we wanted to leave, we had to wait over thirty minutes for the last course and to pay, with no explanation as to why, which made my friend and I miss the carol service we had planned to attend. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and hope my complaint is being taken seriously by management. I've sent them an email about this too, and think for the price you pay, the service is terrible. Because of their initial problem with our reservation and the incredibly slow service throughout the whole meal, my afternoon and evening was ruined.

Lovely location and probably the best stocked mini bar I have ever seen. The rooms are quite high tech and a wonderful spa (most importantly not congested and peaceful)

Just absolutely incredible. My whole family (my family, sisters family, parents, etc.) traveled to London from Florida and stayed at the Four Seasons Trinity. There were 10 of us, 6 adults, 4 kids, 3 rooms. All I can say is WOW. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The people, the service, the food, the warmth of the people, the happiness, the smiles, etc.....10/10. One of the most incredible hotel stays ever. This is the place to be. You cannot go wrong. Thank you for the most amazing trip and service. Everyone, everything. Door men. Concierge. Servers. Hosts. Bartenders, room service, housekeeping....10/10!!!!!!! We will be back.

This was our first time staying at the four seasons in London. From the moment we got there, they greeted us With a big smile, and helped get feel right at home. The check in process was fast. We were in our room within 15 minutes. This was perfect because we had a long trip on the train from Paris to London. Our luggage was already waiting for us when we got into the room. They are also very thoughtful. They knew we had a four-year-old daughter coming with us and they had a nice teddy bear, waiting for her on the bed she loved it. A few minutes went by and we heard a knock on the door. Someone brought a nice arrangement of chocolates and a basket of fruits for us to enjoy super thoughtful. They also have one of the best indoor pool and spas that I’ve ever been to my daughter and I enjoyed swimming every morning. One afternoon we enjoyed afternoon tea at the rotunda. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time I highly recommend it. All in all we came out of this place very happy and pleased with all their services and amenities. I highly recommend your stay here when you are in London.

Very disappointing experience with the Rotunda Bar. Called the reception to book a table on the day. The lady on the phone told me that line was occupied and promised to pass on my details to the reservation team marking it urgent (the reservation was supposed to be in 2.5 hours). No one called back in the next 30 minutes. When I called the reception again, the response was that the reservation team had already finished for the day and they would get back to me tomorrow (!). It was the same person who took my request. Seriously??? Why on earth will I need that team tomorrow if I requested booking for today??? Is this a very difficult task for a 5* hotel to make a reservation? She again promised to pass on my details, now to the restaurant. Needless to say no one called me back. Awful customer service which I wouldn't expect from the Four Seasons.

Exceptional service at the highest levels befitting of London and the Four Seasons brand. The resort took the time to know our family. Thus upon arrival we were greeted in our room with locally sourced chocolates, treats, and a British teddy bear for our child. This was wonderful after a long flight from the US. The suite was grandiose and spacious from top to bottom, this is impressive considering it's a modernized classic building in the middle of one of the most congested global cities. The same can be said about the spa and pool, truly a gem within the city. What they have done with the building is an architectural marvel, check out the mini replica in the foyer. The concierge desk was amazing, obtaining a table for us with no notice at their 2 star Michelin restaurant and retrieving a lost item after departure. The service put the experience over the edge. Only the best and brightest work here, and it's easy to tell, from the doorman to the dining room. Finally, the special attention to our child from all the staff was remarkable and thoughtful. This is how a luxury resort should operate, bravo!

Got to the hotel here last night checked in all was good but for personal reason I gave that room to another family member so I arrived back to the hotel from dinner around 9 pm. Went to the reception and asked to book a night here. To my surprise he said they’re fully committed. I then said ok I’ll look elsewhere. Mind you I am 5 months pregnant WITH TWINS, tired from travellling all day and went on my phone to my DISGUSTING surprise there were plenty of rooms available. I went back to the front desk and spoke to the guy asking why is there rooms available to be booked online. He said yea you can book it but you can’t check in until 3 pm tomorrow. I said why is that it’s for tonight that it’s available he said yes it shows available you can book it but the room is not clean as housekeeping has left the property so they are dirty. Okay so at this point I realized this guy is completely lying to me. I’ve travel almost ever single month since 2016 and stayed at HUNDREDS of hotel. I’ve never heard of a room being available online but the room is not cleaned. Rooms are cleaned regardless if there is booking or not as that’s what they do. They try to sell the rooms right away. After a whole 15 minutes arguing with him about how I already have a room booked but I need an additional room he finally allowed me to book it after finding out that I am already staying at the hotel. Now all of this is 100% condescending, was it because of how I looked? My ethnicity? A racial manner? What is the reason behind lying to me telling me there was no room available to book when clearly there were many rooms. He then went to say he’s the manager on duty. You can LOOK up my name I’ve stayed at four seasons all around the world I live at a hotel back home I know how hotel works. I am disgusted by the customer service here and demand some type or compensation.

I am sure the stay and service once at the hotel is excellent but unfortunately, I was unable to get this far. Prior to booking a room, I made several enquiries on behalf of a bride and groom staying at the hotel on the day of their wedding. I have been shocked at the poor customer service received by the Guest Relations Manager who decided to pick and choose which enquiries to respond to and the PR Manager who appeared uninterested in assisting. Emails from staff contain grammatical errors. Complete waste of time and energy, very unprofessional. After failing to receive a response from Four Seasons, we have decided to book the Landmark where the customer service has been spectacular.

I was gifted a 90 minute massage. Had the best time. As you’d expect very clean, professional, luxurious and expertly delivered. Afterwards I relaxed in the spa and had a nice lunch too.

I booked The Four season for my wife’s 40th birthday weekend. Our stay was exceptional from start to finish, checking in was easy (using the App) it’s a nice touch to be greeted by name, the whole family! The room, very impressive, huge, 3 of us rattling around in a beautiful spacious room, clean, modern, quiet, we will be back!

The food, decor, ambience and unbelievable service puts this above any afternoon tea I've had in London. What a way to celebrate our anniversary. Due it being next to the financial centre, it's a little hidden compared to some of the more famous afternoon teas but if you know, you know. ;) We'll be back, maybe tomorrow!

I used to work in the building when it was an City insurance broking office and the transformation into an hotel is truly stunning. The Rotunda Bar is elegant with friendly staff and it has a truly laid back feel. A wonder place to relax in the evenings. very laid back and a lovely place to relax.
