*DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL!* This hotel is the worst accommodation I have ever experienced by far. The entire experience was incredibly unpleasant. - The building desperately needs investment, which is immediately apparent form the second you walk in. - The building smells dirty and you will not escape the smell. - The walls are paper thin and you can hear noise from the rest of the building and neighbouring buildings. - The windows are single glazed, cracked and don’t close properly and a do not shield the noise from the busy street outside. - There is a very bright street light at the front and the curtains are paper thing (like the walls!) and do not shield the light from the form. - The bathroom is FILTHY. We chose not to shower rather than use the facility and used pub toilets instead. (I cannot stress enough how dirty the bathroom was.) - The wi-if didn’t work as it had been suspended by Talk Talk due to non-payment of bills. - The lock on the bedroom door was broken. - The bed was almost at floor level and very uncomfortable. The duvet was paper thin (like the walls and curtains!). - The smoke alarms in the room had no batteries. - The smoke alarms on the landing was beeping all night long. I woke at intervals of 15 minutes and it felt like torture. *DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL!*

My stay at Paddington Flat left much to be desired. Despite its convenient location, the overall state of the flat was subpar. The furnishings and appliances appeared outdated and well-worn, contributing to an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere. The cleanliness of the flat also fell short, evident from noticeable dust and grime in various areas. The bathroom emitted a persistent odor, making the entire flat an unpleasant space to inhabit. Though the flat boasted certain amenities like a kitchen and washing machine, their upkeep was lacking, and a few were inoperative. Furthermore, the host's communication was lacking, characterized by delayed responses and insufficient follow-up on raised concerns. In summary, while the convenient location of Paddington Flat is a plus, the flat itself was disappointing and failed to meet my expectations. Given the price I paid, I anticipated a more cozy and well-cared-for accommodation.

This is easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The single pro is that it's in a good location. The whole building is filthy, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. There was broken glass on the floor of the room, which I luckily spotted before stepping on it. The bathroom was beyond dirty, and I didn't shower all weekend, as I'd have come out dirtier than when I went in. Jumping in the Thames would be cleaner. The lock on the room door was broken, and botched together with folded cardboard and a nail. The bed was massively uncomfortable, with broken springs and bent slats, it was also filthy. It may seem cheap, but I don't consider £60 a night cheap when the accomodation is so dirty that it's a breach of Health and Safety. The London hotel equivalent of Fyre Festival.

Horrible, do not recommend it. There's no one there to recieve you, they'll leave you hanging for hours. After that, you will see a nasty bedroom, that they won't even clean properly. In my case, the key got stuck on the door, we had to break the door open and in this whole thing I ended up losing 4 to 5 hours of an important afternoon P.S: the bathroom will literally give you diseases

I checked into this flat which is not a flat it's a bed with the sink and the horrible smelly room 30 bed was uncomfortable no hot water the carpet was really bad smell I thought tramp sleep in the hallway .. I have bites all of my body the cleaner was very friendly but didn't understand the weather English it's took me ages to check-in the only thing that was good with the television and the Wi-Fi everything else in this place is disgusting and dirty I would never stay here ever again if you are looking for a very cheap place then book yourself into this 30 Pithole. I had to go across the road to the Hilton to go to the toilet as the toilets here were absolutely disgusting and filthy. The only good thing about this place is the location next to Paddington Station. The smell in the room gave me such a bad headache I feel uncomfortable all night and the room was very hot I couldn't turn the heater off. I did not want to go anywhere near the cups and knives because it was so disgustingly dirty even the kettle was awful guys keep away from this dirty horrible nasty place I even saw a mouse running around keep away also don't be forward by the pictures that you see on their website because you are not getting what you are looking at it is 10 times worse than the pics the cleaners need to do their job and make a better way of cleaning as I don't think it's their thing. If you need a really good place to stay why don't you check the Marleybone apartments fantastic place if there was availability for the estate often

If you do not mind the possibility of rats and everything dirty inside the room (except the bedding), it's one of the cheapest accommodations you can find in London. The common bathroom was not so terribly dirty, it was fine. The receptionist was kind. Really do not recommend it.

Let’s comment step by step: staff highly recommended because of their kindness and well service; as for the location, no complains about it (Paddington Station is about five minutes walking, and Hyde Park maybe 10/15); and last but not least, comfort, which absolutely could be improved but considering the price you pay for it you can’t complain. The kitchen is very well equipped and it saved us from spending a lot of money on street food.

Summary: unsafe, dirty, smelly, worn down room in much need of tlc in a great location. Be warned, advise not to stay here, spend a bit more on a nicer place. Details: Pros: great location, state of the property and the rooms will make you get outside more. Cons: Unsafe (front door very flimsy and doesn't lock properly, room door held together by cardboard and a nail - see pictures) Dirty (stairs, toilet, shower, floor, room) Smelly (smells musty and unable to open windows) Worn down room - (holes in walls, glass on floor, dirty sink and surfaces, dirty cups in cupboard) Not particularly good value for money!

Location is great, everything else not so much. One shower was broken and running constantly, can be noisy at times, everything's broken or squeaky. But at least it was warm, bedding was clean and there was fridge, micro and some dishes at hand. It'll do for a night or do but wouldn't stay again if you want something nice.

Better off sleeping on the streets, you’ll be less likely to catch something there. Avoid at all costs.

The worst place I've stayed, very dirty, the bad smell. Am not a fussy person, but this is the worst place I would not even let my dog stay there.... horrible. The heating was stuck on full, and no one answered my call or message, so I had to sort it out myself ! Lucky am plumber.. The smell is outrageous and stains everywhere. The bed was on a slope, so it feels like you will fall off a night.. mattress with springs hitting your back. If you choose to stay there.. please bring your own gloves and toilet seat, and make sure you have all of your vaccination up to date

Probably the worst place I will ever stay in my life. Where to begin, the mushrooms growing in the bathroom, a mattress that was just springs, the smell of smoke in our room, a window that would not open properly or secure for that matter. The bed was nicely made but the bedroom not clean (rubbish under the bed and not vaccumed). Location was good, but that was it. Prepare to feel dirty for your entire stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely disgusting! We were supposed to stay 4 nights but only lasted one (only got there at midnight otherwise we would have changed). I am used to hostels and cheap places but this is just super dirty - stains everywhere, bad smell and the list goes on. I let them know about all of this and all they said was ‘where did you leave the key’.

The single worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. Just horrific. We left at 6am as we couldn't sleep in the place. It's difficult to believe this is allowed in the United Kingdom in 2023. Just unbelievable. Unfortunately this review doesn't allow pictures but I have them if you want to get in touch.

Dirty, shabby, broken fixtures, taps not working, holes in carpets. A thoroughly unpleasant place to stay and to add insult to injury, a 45 minute walk to another hotel to check in.
