have
been
a
loyal
customer
at
this
mall
for
many
years,
particularly
for
purchasing
clothing
for
my
entire
family.
However,
I
must
express
my
deep
disappointment
regarding
my
recent
experience
with
the
stitching
department.
Despite
having
a
longstanding
positive
association
with
the
mall,
my
faith
was
shaken
when
I
encountered
a
series
of
issues
with
the
stitching
of
clothes
I
had
purchased.
I
specifically
communicated
my
urgency
as
I
was
about
to
travel
abroad
and
needed
the
clothes
ready
by
January
9,
2024,
at
7:00
PM.
The
sales
staff
assured
me
that
the
stitching
department
would
meet
this
deadline.
Regrettably,
the
entire
process
went
awry.
Although
I
provided
explicit
instructions
during
measurements,
emphasizing
a
casual
style
resembling
the
shirt
I
was
wearing,
the
end
result
did
not
align
with
my
expectations.
After
a
frustrating
two-hour
wait
beyond
the
promised
time,
I
discovered
that
the
clothes
were
not
only
not
as
instructed
but
also
exhibited
poor
stitching
quality.
I
brought
these
concerns
to
the
floor
manager's
attention,
hoping
for
a
resolution.
However,
the
issues
persisted,
and
I
was
handed
the
clothes
at
an
inconvenient
time
of
10:30
PM.
The
stitching
quality
was
disappointing,
with
numerous
unfinished
threads,
improperly
fixed
buttons,
poorly
finished
borders,
and
even
a
pocket
peeling
off
due
to
subpar
stitching.
Despite
reaching
out
to
the
management
through
WhatsApp
and
calls,
the
lack
of
any
feedback
adds
to
the
overall
dissatisfaction.
This
unfortunate
experience
has
compelled
me
to
reconsider
my
loyalty
to
the
mall,
and
I
cannot,
in
good
conscience,
recommend
their
stitching
services
to
my
family
or
anyone
else.
The
absence
of
a
proactive
response
from
the
management
further
diminishes
my
confidence
in
the
mall's
commitment
to
customer
satisfaction.
