Bad was the experience i had. Less of a collection of dresses. I went to purchase churidar material and was very disappointed. Yeah maybe coz of vishu, easter and ramdan coming but they had to stock it with priority. And it was like the racks were totally empty and no other choices were there to be choosen And talking about staff, management shouldn't just think of business . You keep the staff happy they bring business. All the staff were totally exhausted . You could read that from their face. Like choose this please attitude. I was upset after all they too are human beings. So pathetic was the condition. Should consider them as well. I don't really recommend it. You can go silk mandir which is just 1 km away.

With an average collection of dress materials and nominal rates you can visit here for a wedding purchase, not so many collections, but for a middle class family it will be worthwhile.. An underground parking facility is provided. The staff were courties, rates were moderate, some branded items are available.

This is an amazing place to shop. They have got some really amazing collections. The service and behaviour of all the staffs in all the floors were really nice. The decorations, lights and seating places were so good. The lighting and ambience of the place is also really good. Plenty of collections and really good stuffs. The only thing which I didn't likes is the there's only escalator for up and not for going down. During the high crowd time it's hard to get place in lift and it's hard to go down in stairs for aged people. Totally it's a good place

Parking is available at basement. They do have options for kids entertainment and prayer hall and small cafe inside. Service is good. They do accept payment as cash and UPI. Wheelchair access entrance is there. Opens throughout the week and seasonal shopping availability is there.

Had an unfortunate experience for my wedding purchase. We have spent more than 40k on the bride and groom's purchase alone. They charged for the alterations ( even the local wedding centres provide this service at free of cost). Alterations itself took more than ₹1000. Though stitching and alterations were done unprofessionally, which made both me and my husband panicking right before the wedding day. It was an utter disappointment. When questioned, they said it was done by a new Bengali employee. Tailoring/ alterations are not recommended at all.

Pretty nice selection and variety of clothing options. It's more geared toward big family wedding shopping spree. The price is acceptable. At the end of the day, it's still a brick and mortar store so it's not going to beat online but you don't have to wait to get your clothes. Also, it's less than 150 meters from my home so that's an added bonus.

It's a wedding purchase destination in Calicut .. I am not impressed about the collections both for gents and ladies. Ambiance and staffs are good and helpful. But the collection is not even near to counter parts in kochin or trissur .Men's session is very pathetic.. they have allmost all leading brands but the collection in each session is very less . I been to the entire floor in search of shirt but only one or two shirt got strike from all these brands . Parking is a big issue .. need to go opposit of road to park which is little difficult as you get a U turn after almost 500 meters both the sides

I have been a loyal customer at this mall for many years, particularly for purchasing clothing for my entire family. However, I must express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with the stitching department. Despite having a longstanding positive association with the mall, my faith was shaken when I encountered a series of issues with the stitching of clothes I had purchased. I specifically communicated my urgency as I was about to travel abroad and needed the clothes ready by January 9, 2024, at 7:00 PM. The sales staff assured me that the stitching department would meet this deadline. Regrettably, the entire process went awry. Although I provided explicit instructions during measurements, emphasizing a casual style resembling the shirt I was wearing, the end result did not align with my expectations. After a frustrating two-hour wait beyond the promised time, I discovered that the clothes were not only not as instructed but also exhibited poor stitching quality. I brought these concerns to the floor manager's attention, hoping for a resolution. However, the issues persisted, and I was handed the clothes at an inconvenient time of 10:30 PM. The stitching quality was disappointing, with numerous unfinished threads, improperly fixed buttons, poorly finished borders, and even a pocket peeling off due to subpar stitching. Despite reaching out to the management through WhatsApp and calls, the lack of any feedback adds to the overall dissatisfaction. This unfortunate experience has compelled me to reconsider my loyalty to the mall, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their stitching services to my family or anyone else. The absence of a proactive response from the management further diminishes my confidence in the mall's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Unless other showrooms in the same category it has dry fruits counter, fancy jeweller and accessories counter at the entrance.. You have to hand over ur bag at the entrace.. They will give a token and u have to give back when receiving ur bag.. Staffs are really nice and they are trained to behave well.. Selection is good and cost effective. Purchased churidar materials and it was nice shopping experience.. They have a customer lounge and we were served tea and biscuits.. The hospitality and ambience is nice..
