Had worse experience with these people. My mac keyboard switch has gone and its just a matter of fixing. They were not aware of this and told me to keep the laptop for 15 days as it is under warranty. Its just a matter of 5 min work and they denied the work. I gave to Maccell in kannur which is not authorised and they fixed this in 2 min.

MY RECENT PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. I reside in vadakara. My phone battery health was 79% and i decided to replace my battery. When i called this centre, this person asked me to visit the centre and to conduct the diagnosis. I travelled all the way to kannur and the first thing i notice was the service executive was handling a customer escalation. Customer was moving towards consumer court against this service centre. Since it doesn’t affect me, i decided to proceed with my phone service. The executive in reception was INEXPERIENCED and was not having any knowledge in helping the customers and resolve their query. Another customer who came after me needed to expand their Icloud storage where the executive could have helped but he made them call the apple customer care number. Customer was struggling to talk to them due to language issues. My phone diagnosis was done, and that person said my battery order has been placed, i can collect it in 10-14 days approx. When i had called after a week to check the status, the same executive was declining my calls for hours. Later he called back saying the staffs are short to attend the phonecalls. When i adked him about my phone battery order, he replied there was an error happened, i have to visit the centre again for diagnosing, it will again take 20 days. If the owner is reading this, please look into the issues , advising you to hire someone who is experienced and well customer handling executives. Apple products and servicesare getting expensive nowadays. Such inexperienced executives disappoint the customers.

Dont trust them. I gave my iphone 11 pro to them for repair. My phone had charging issue.They said the issue with the hardware and need to be replaced .They are not doing repair if the issue with hardware. I took the phone back and i gave my phone to direct apple for confirmation. Apple team confirmed there is no issue with the hardware only thing is need to remove dust's inside the charging slot. So guys dont take their word if they ask you to replace the phone. Give your device to direct apple as well

I highly recommend this location for any repairs on genuine Mac products. The team provided outstanding service. My device issue was resolved in 8 days, and I am very happy. I'd like to express my gratitude to Mr. Mithun for his pleasant demeanour and the excellent service he provided. You saved my day because my MacBook refused to let me log in despite the fact that my password was correct. He assisted me in resetting my password without causing any data loss. Very bad experience .. they don’t even pick up the call … I actually call them about 15 times but no response from them also the service is not good .. I submit my MacBook their related unexpected shutdown issues and the issue is still not resolved yet .. and the behaviour of the receptionist 👎

Satisfied with the approch and the service provided. My device had a display issue and had to send to apple for replacing the same. Vishu the front office person addressed the issue and did the needful. I got the device repaired in a week time.

I visited the Reliance resQ Kannur outlet today for recovering my forgotten password of iphone. Their professionalism and excellent customer service were truly outstanding. One of the best-authorised service centres in Kannur to get your apple products repaired! They are open from 10.30 AM till 6 in the evening. You can visit them with an appointment through telephone booking or even try to walk in. I went in the morning around 10.30 and was well taken care off! The staff had enough time and impeccable knowledge to assist me. I went there to replace my MacBook pro batteries, they fixed it and delivered within 4 hours' time. Highly recommended!
