Very bad customer service..i have had the worst shopping experience from here. Staff behaviour is the worst one. They treat u like "customer is the thief" not as "customer is the king". Such a pathetic behaviour from the staff, but the manager was a good one i guess.. Their billing section is at the top floor. Have visited other branches of brand factory but haven't faced this type of behavior from the staffs. Never gonna visit this branch ever again, its better to shop from other brands like max and trends here in kannur.

The prices are on the higher side compared to the quality of the clothes. They have all the varieties. For men, women, kids. From clothes, shoes, sandals etc. Would definitely suggest trends or max than this.
