I recently tried the chicken fried rice from this restaurant. The egg content was higher than the chicken, but it was still delicious. The flavor of the dish was spot on, and I would definitely recommend it. I'm giving it 4 stars!. In my opinion you need to reduce the egg content and increase the chicken content in CFR.

We saw the Google reviews and visited this place and very disheartening experience I must say. I am a momos lover and was very happy to find a place in kannur. But the momos were not hot, fillings were not having enough salt and over steamed (long back). Never tasted something so bad in the name of momo.Then we tried American chopsuey where the sauce was very sweet and spoiled the entire dish. The chicken nuddles were too oily to eat. Last one was KImKy chicken, no idea when they made it.. it was cold and too oily. I wonder how this restaurant got so much good reviews after serving such bad food. Only edible item we got is the chicken soup ,hot and sour. I will never ever suggest this place to anyone. Only if you wanna spoil your stomach and waste your money, then please do visit. gone their multiple times..tasty food for decent price..one of the best restaurants in kannur..nice staff and delicious food.. do try their white sauce pasta(if u are a fan of creamy cheesy white sauce only).. chicken salad is also really tasty..give it a try.. noodles and fried rice is also really good..quantity is quite a lot also.... their momos are also delicious.. great place.

Easily one of the best place for momos in Kannur. Their masala momos are a must try. Must try dishes are: Schezwan fried rice, American Chopsey and Momos Though there is not enough car parking available, there are spots nearby to park after 8pm. The seating capacity is really good and they have group dining table that have capacity of more than 12people i guess. A must try Chinese restaurant in kannur👌🏽

Ambiance of this restaurant resembles the local clubs portrayed in old Malayalam movies. Menu is perfect, something for everyone. The food was good in terms of quality and quantity. One's who go by car, please note that there is no parking facility available.

One of the very consistent and trustworthy names among Restaurants that serve Chinese and Thai food in Kannur. Been around for a long long time and is part of the Venus (Sheen) group who are well known bakery group in Kannur. Very good service and fast service. Food never disappoints. Been coming here for over 15 years now if I remember correctly..they should add juices and desserts to their menu. Not been there since inception.

Kannur has very few good Chinese restaurants and Chifonets is one of the best restaurants that s amazing Chinese food at an affordable rate here. Their steamed momos and Chinese hopsey are a must-try here.

I visited this restaurant on last Sunday. The restaurant was about close but the manager was happy to serve for us . We tasted their Salad, fried rice, pasta, noodles and a Thai style chicken. All of them were tasty and the price were reasonable Parking tip - better to go without your car . They have only 3 parking lot available .

I feel good in hospitality and delicious recipes served by reasonable time. Even after pandemic lockdown visit i found a good crowd here, it's a good sign of popular acceptance and believe in the firm. Family friendly ambiance with attractive price is another reason for small party gatherings.

Best place for Chinese and pasta items. My favorite dish is the oriental salad. It is a must try here. Creamy pasta is also the best!! If you love momos, try their fried momos.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Kannur. Its a favourite food spot for me and my family. We usually order in large portions of Chinese food from here. The schezwan chicken noodles, American Chopsey noodles ,masala momos are my favourites. They have the best butter naans. There is only soft drinks available. The parking is a big issue here. Best time to visit in on evenings.

Tried pan fried momos. It was really good. Dine in was yet to begin. Home delivery and take away options are available. Order can be booked through Zomato.

Average food but good quality. Kimki chicken is one of the good dishes I've tried here but the consistency in its taste isn't maintained every time. The taste of ketchup is pretty evident in most of their Chinese dishes. Parking is the biggest issue here. Most of the times I've opted not to visit because of restricted parking.

I've only eaten the chifonet's nasi goreng(non veg) but I recommend it. Tasty, with lots of veggies and meat, all well prepared. A well-made main course -- a unique alternative to fried rice available in Kannur -- chock full of breaded chicken, mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers all seasoned nicely. Topped with a thick egg omelet, it's a great meal to share between two people and fairly affordable too

Delicious food items with affordable price

Chifonets is well known for its Chinese cuisine but also serve Indian as well as Thai cuisines. Taste of the dishes are really good and are very moderately priced. The restaurant is situated on the first floor with big dining area. Interior is moderately done-up but still there is good scope for improvement. Staffs are warm and well behaved. The only drawback is very limited parking space for 4 wheelers.

The only place in Kannur I'll recommend. Delectable food! Soo flavorsome! Also the food was served within 10 minutes.

I've known Chiffonets for a very long time in Kannur and I still love going to Chiffonets to eat there! Consistently good food. Best in Kannur for Chinese especially. This is a place I've been having food from over more than 20 years, now that I think of it. Their Chinese dishes have always been a big hit and the quantity (as you can see in the pictures) is huge. This series of photos here is from 2021 - ordered a takeaway. The mixed fried rice of theirs is one of the tastiest you can get in Kannur. The schezwan fried rice is good too. Of the two non vegetarian side dishes here, I preferred the hunan prawns over the chicken Manchurian even though the latter was pretty good too. Again, so many pieces in both dishes. The vegetarian starter was spicy fried cauliflower which was decent. Parking tends to be an issue in this place always but when a take away or home delivery option is available, I think it's worth it to have the best in the district.

Calm and quiet as well as clean restaurant with maintaining Covid protocol. But regarding to food, i'm really disappointed. 1st no waiter came to take order and then the cashier tool the order. I think, He is also the owner and he took the starters order. Ordered momos, manchow soup, spring roll and something dry of chicken. Starters were good. But then waited for a while and waiter came to take order. Ordered naan and chilli chicken and also vegetables fried rice and chicken fried rice. Naan was black in colour on one side as it was burnt. Chilli chicken, it was like the manchow soup only chicken pieces and gravy with no salt or spice or any other taste. It was just a thick gravy of chicken. There was no chicken pieces to be seen in fried rice. It was same like vegetable fried that we ordered. Heard about the restaurant very much but not at all the taste that I expected.
