No response 😡👉 I want one super vooc cable purchase in service centre.. not service only purchase cable...but I am waiting for half an hour above ... Very bad experience...!!! Any oppo showroom near by me definitely I will go showroom....

great oppo service center located in kannur. platinum centre near vasan eye care they are good customer services. reception girl behaving very smartly and clearly. customer rest aria also very great always keeping air conditioned nd well cleaned floors every service centre take a look on this oppo service centre because they can learn a lot of things from here like how make a customer satisfied

It is the best service I have ever received. They fixed the display problem due to software updation (warranty expired). Then there was a mistake from their side during the service and they said they will fix it.. Their dealing is 100% ok.

bad.. i had warranty for a Bluetooth headset, they said it is not replaceable as they have stopped producing that headset. it has not even been a year.. then why are they even giving warranty for a year. the quality of the product was bad, not worth the money i paid.. i use my earphones very carefully.. i was so sad that this happened.. even they are not ready to repair or do anything useful.. Other brand services are way better like sony, sennheiser, boat that my other friends used. update: the response they give is automated.. THERE IS NO USE IN CONTACTING THEM
