The hospital is clean but some of the hospital staff are not cooperative or nice. The Doctors are ok but you will not find the medicines prescribed by them in their pharmacy. I will give it a solid three stars for all the services offered by them. Overall it is a mediocre hospital. Located next to the city center and easily accessible by public transport.

Asian jalan hospital is good but the doctor, staff members, pharmacy members are not at all cooperative and seems always so irritated. These people should first learn code of ethics and politeness in their talking. During the hospitalization experience was not good as there is no Nephrology doctors available for kidney patients, Internal medicine doctors will attend your kidney patients you could understand the scarcity. There is no dietician visits and will give you daily same food (soozi and daliya) if any patient has any problem or alergy with that food still they will give you same food, do not bother about changing the diet, even though there is no dietician your payment sheet will full of dietician visit charges. Only the floor supervisor was good profession wise otherwise every one is just to give the head count no proper care for patients, nurse staffs are very rude. One suggestion to management please keep nephro doctor for kidney patients and check with patient during the hospitalization period if they have any problem regardless of anything be it hospital service, diet , doctors, nursing as this is the proper attiquate. Do not visit to take feedback only when getting discharged, try to visit daily during the stay and improve the things.

In Nicu ward all sisters and staf behaviour very good and specially Dr Meena singh very helpful and curious for baby and patience . Thank you all sisters staff and specially Dr Meena singh for curing my baby .

Highly incompetent nursing staff and housekeeping staff. My father is admit in IMCU UHID noADJ000098143, his procisure of endoscopy was today. The nursing staff was least bother to inform me when she was taking him for the procisure. I asked her to inform me when doctor comes for round, she didn't informed me even for that. Even the cleaning staff are not taking care of the patient, patient is there in wet diaper and there is no one to clean it. This is the condition in ICU and IMCU. Manager on duty Tapendu, on complaining started said doctor was here for a long time. I should have gone and looked for him.

Met with Dr Pujan Pandey and had a great experience. Very soft spoken and polite person. Speaks clearly, and treats very well. It felt like talking to a family person so was very easy to explain him my difficulties and he almost heard everything that I said. Otherwise I have been to some people who simple asks direct questions and want direct answer which makes situation bit weird or serious. Also his consultation was friendly and very considerate. I must say a generous and humble person. Happy to find him.

The hospital is well maintained and the staff is very helpful and professional. Our doctor Radhika Mohan has been extremely supportive and calm while helping us out with the delivery. The hospital has other facilities like parking, lift and very helpful staff.

With experienced doctors and helpful nursing and support staff, it is one of the very few good hospitals in Dhanbad where you would want to go when you need urgent medical assistance. Utterly unprofessional staff, specifically lady name called Nivedita, she is did not except there fault, they are given CT scan film without any report, when we asked why report is not given to patient she given a lame excuses and said radiologist on vacation so we can not provide the report, I horrified part of that They said scan looks good no injuries showing in repot when report came out form another radiologist it is showing injuries. I urge everyone please do not go for this hospital. It was utterly unprofessional and money mongers.

Dr Shadab Ahmad is really next to God...I admitted my father age 84 years having heart attack with severe blockage in very critical condition on 05.03.2022. Dr Ahmad not only placed 4 stents very successfully but handled critical condition very patiently. He is very kind towards the patients and their attendants and keeps them well informed about the condition of the patients under observation. Behaviour of Dr. Inder Prasad is not like a Doctor..His behaviour is like a businessman and so his treatment is also not reliable. After visiting him patients become more restless. His suggestion is also non-practical.He is also not punctual on emergency services.

Facility for treatment of baby in emergency is not good. I admitted my baby in NICU there but such a good facility not available there and i lost my baby.

We are here to meet Gynecologist for my wife and believe me we met with Ms. Deepti Jha, and she assist each patient with their full dedication.. She is truly a doctor who believes and understand each and every concern...and that is the need of every patient. The support staffs and all staff here are also amazing and always there for you and they talk very politely and efficiently..

The management is not that good. In the OPD reception, they take 20-30 Minutes for each billing. This cause a lot of discomfort. Also the CGHS beneficiaries (pensioners) are asked to pay the bill after getting the patient in the procedure room. This should not be the case. They should tell about every bill before taking the patient for the procedure.

My patient Murti devi Dalmia cabin 207. AC remote not provided, television only running with free to air channels. Sad to say these things happening in so called superspeciality hospital where rates are that high and services not up to those standards. This hospital is only built for the loot, means they will snatch all your money, i was admitted in hospital for 1 day only i.e 24 hr and they provided me bill of Rs 24000, just think about it, again im saying just think about it. Its very very bad the system here, when my patient is in ICU and the visiting hours are from 5 to 5:30pm then let me stay there with my patient until that time but just after 10 minutes they are arguing me to go out and then i will not have any information about my patient until next day 12 so it means for the whole 19 hours i will not have any information about my patient, they wont allow me to go there for a second or two. Are you giving me any discount or so on the medical bills? So i can bear your attitude towards the patient's family. Yiu need to review the either timings or the attitude of your staff if you people are unable to lower your prices for beds and the medicines.

Ultrasound experience and that of pharmacy was the worst kind one can get anywhere considering it's a private hospital. Patients are asked to wait for 4 hours for the report to be signed and given, which is ridiculous, considering everywhere else it's given within 5 to 30 minutes. On top of that the staff of ultrasound department as well as pharmacy are extremely rude , unprofessional and lacking basic etiquette. Management needs to solve this issue urgently. The only good thing about this hospital are the doctors. Otherwise you can always get better overall service anywhere else.

Very poor management system..... In emergency doctors were sleeping..they did test which were not required only to increase the bill... Only for one simple dressing on a cut they charged 675....Ambulance charge 800 for 3km distance...... This is what Asian Hospital is all about.... Only loot.
