One of the best experience i had from any customer service center. Staff was upbeat and attentive to my problems. Another good thing that caught my eye was how easily they managed a busy service center while at the same time providing timely and satisfactory service to the customers. There were 6 service engineers who all were well educated about the products and respective problems. Also, a good thought is given to seating arrangements and center hygiene. Well sanitized for sure. Professionalism, Patience, and a “People-first” attitude surely seems be the slogan for this center.

I am satisfy for this service centre. All members coporate very well and friendly.i think this is the best care centre in hapur.

Despite being 4-5 engineers here the staff working capacity is very slow here, U have to visit here for your mobile to repair atleast 1 hour before what you have planned earlier. For a minute work of Changing charging jack they take 45-60 minutes to get it done. Also they are unable to track the stock of any mobile part(s) left with them as if you visit here, they will say the part is not in stock. I asked can't you make a request to higher authorities at the time when your are left with last 1-2 part, they said Samsung don't provide it till we are fully exhausted. Strange to know that. Pathetic service 😞

I had the worst experience of my mobile(a70s) repairing . They returned my phone after changing motherboard after 8 days infact they suggested me the perfect time period of 4 days.After getting repaired the phone when I use my mobile finger print scanner then it doesn't work .They told me that it was already damaged. In fact when i gave the phone to service center then scanner was working properly.Even that i paid for finger print scanner they gave me my phone after 9 days while they told me that they will give if to me after 5 days... I give my phone for repair first they tell display is gone and give me receipt and after 4 5 days they tell at morning your phone repair is done you will get at 5 pm and sudden after 2 hrs they said display is ok but mother board is gone pay 12000 rs and it will repair so bad experience

Read the full story. I went there , there is a seating of five engineers who check your phone for the probelm. Available engineer only Two , and they take proper time to check every phone. Checked my phone then send it forward to their engineer for part replacement. Now here comes interesting part What should have happened: Engineer should've changed damaged part and job sheet prepared and till the time job sheet is perpared quality is checked . Time taken 20-30 minutes . What happened: Above process took 90 minutes and in the end didn't sign any jobsheet myself .Had to ask them again and again to know what is the status (stage) , did nothing except sitting and waiting.🙄 Executives behaved very decently thats the reason for given stars.
