I had booked the entire trip to Singapore from Safarnaama and not only they provided best rates in market also no false promises were made which is very rare. All the arrangements was done by their team and infact I made some changes on the go and they did it without any issue. 5 star. Cheers guys!!

Services provided was good. Hotels, stay and food was of great quality however the driver was very unprofessional and rude. He picked up from Delhi airport and started telling from day 1 that all points shown in iternary are closed. We had planned for Shimla Kullu Manali trip for 5 nights and 6 days. Day 1 any professional driver's job is to safely make the customers reach at their destination hotel but instead he asked us to take a jeep and pay 5000 . When we asked him to go via google map he refused initially but took us to the hotel finally. After reaching the hotel, he upfronly asked for 500rs for dropping us to the hotel. He always refused us to show the points shown in iternary if we didn't getup early as per his convenience. We complained about his behaviour to the tours but nothing changed. We had paid for sightseeing at Chandigarh as well but as usual all points were closed according to his other cabmate driver's information. Finally we had to get down at airport after losing all hope and money. This was our 3rd trip with safarnaama but the service is getting dropped by every trip. Hoping to keep away from safarnaama in future.

Recently we had a plan trip to Shimla, Manali, Chandigarh with safarnaama holidays. The hotel they provided us was awesome. However, the driver was very unprofessional. He didn't show the points that was mentioned in the itinerary. He was telling me the point is closed and no use in going. He hardly showed us any the points. When we told him to show the points he was yelling at us. Worst experience. Maybe the last trip with safarnaama holidays. All thanks to the driver.
