    Elegance tower is a well known ,beautiful tower easily spottable at Teen hath Naka. It is opposite to golds gym. It has valet parking and a beautiful podium. You can get here easily through any route, just the front lane has traffic during evening peak hours. It also connects to chandranagar society internally. There are 2 lifts, 3 and 4 bhk flats only in the tower.

    Nice lobby/entrance . Valet parking. Two spacious lifts with battery backup for power cuts. Cctv monitored territory. Well kept podium and play area. Lacks visitor car parking / second vehicle parking. Half of the lobby lights are non functional. Could do better with amenities such as table-tennis /carrom/reading area.
