Nature Club Surat is tacking care of this place. Visiting time is Morning 7:00 to 12:00 noon only on Sunday. Peaceful place. This place is accessible for wheelchair. Easy to drive here in car.

This is a small lake surrounded by a walking path lined with trees, shrubs & bushes, serene surroundings. This is particularly interesting for people who like bird watching and photography of the same. The place is not crowded and one feel close to nature at this place. It is open on Saturday & Sundays and has an entry ticket of Rs 100 per person. Good place to visit for a cool & calm experience.

It is an amazing secret kinda green biosphere in the outskirt of Surat city towards Surat Airport, on the Silent zone road. Densely forested, natural huge pound with many birds and butterflies. And even snakes, so be careful while walking across! One has to visit it in early morning to explore this natural treasure trove. I am uploading few images here to portray the real vibe and aura of this nature's paradise.

Wonderful place in a city moving towards urbanisation. Best example of urban forest and biodiversity with many species of mammals, reptiles, birds, butterflies and native trees. Should be restored, maintained under any circumstances. No development should be allowed for atleast 500 meters of its periphery. Thanks to the Nature club of Surat to maintain such a beautiful place for nature lovers.

I visited this place in monsoon session lot of mosquito and wear shoes. FYI, Entry fees are 50rs . . . When We went here, it was already closed. Gavier lake is free and open to public but since it is maintained by Natures club, there are strict timings between which it operates. Try catching the peaceful vibes in the early morning - I am too going soon

Beautiful place to spend your weekend morning

i know i m gaving 3 star for two reason 1)it is maintain by natural club they have put 50 rs per person entry ticket and on gate they have written its not mandatory its in form of charity (dan). 2) many people came with that hope that their must be some board acknowledging about trees they have planted but no provision are their. Overall its good place to visit before 8:00 in the morning if u want to enjoy birds and morning freshness.no car parking ,two wheeler parking.
