Never go for Bluebird holidays tours. Experience is really pathetic. Hotels which were booked were worse. They were no fans in room. Will not recommend to anyone.. Very bad experience.hotels booked fr rishikesh, kedarnath, at every place were not good at.all the money was paid, unless that trip is not organised at all.

Edited- We have confirmation on whatsapp that all booking is confirmed, till the day we landed we didnt know which hotels were booked and kept asking on msgs. 50k for 2 people on shared room isint a small amount, excluding flights and Piyush you need to learn more on customer service and watch your tone , it wasnt a free trip. You did not do a favour by msging us mid trip when you realized things werent organized. Permits cost 1200 INR for 5 days. 3 stars? The hotels were freezing cold. So take the honest feedback instead of sending private msgs about this! Thank you This one star only for the driver that we were provided with throughout our trip to Leh Ladakh! Nothing else except this was organized. Booked a trip to Leh Ladakh from blue bird and Piyush was the organizer. This guy is very unprofessional, rude and very unorganized. We asked for some customization for hotels and were willing to pay extra for it, he agreed to one of the hotels for a night, when we got to the hotel, it was never booked. This was embarrassing as we paid so much for the trip. Till the last minute we kept msging him to give us a detailed itinerary but this was never provided. To take the money it was upfront but the service equally terrible. He did not even bother telling us that the hotel we requested wasnt booked though on msg he said its done. Flight tickets we booked by ourselves. Only good thing was our driver n tour guide who was very nice and knowledgeable. Beware! The trip was all inclusive which was technically just the hotels- 2 meals- car and driver! The hotels he booked had no heaters.

I am so grateful for finding a travel management team for my trip to Kedarnath…Today suddenly I realized that I have been back from Kedarnath for one week now. I cannot believe that I have been back that long. Sometimes I feel very bad that I took a long time to get in touch with your team. My experience of the trip was awesome. I don’t have any words to express my feelings about the trip but I want to thank your team for helping me in getting the arrangements done in my budget.

It was our first tour with bluebird Holidays & our experience was amazing . The whole team was co - operative including bluebird Team , Hotel Staff where we stayed & driver with us . They have no idea what they are booking for their guest. To keep the cost down for 7Adults plus 9Suitcase and 4Backpacks, they had booked an Innova instead of a traveller. In the end, Guest and vendors suffers.

It was good experience with Bluebird Holiday good food, excellent drive, good accommodation. I’m very happy with this package and I recommend to everyone who wants to plan tour with family.

We really enjoyed the whole trip Piyush planned, just wanted to pen down the whole experience as a thank you message. I have planned 2 solo trips with bluebird holidays sikkim and Kashmir my trip was planned and modified as per my plan and requirements.
