I went to exchange my gold..which was very easy and they had beautiful designs...in case if u wanna sell the gold they deduct making charges and GST and carry cancelled cheque..they transfer the amount in 7 working days..

Pathetic service. No care taken once it is sold out. You have to call store again and again for the updates, they don't care about calling you or sharing you any updates. Even in case of complaints or any suggestions. It was my big mistake to choose Mia for my baby's earrings. I still didn't received any response from them for the item which was expected to be delivered on 15th Oct and today is 25th Oct. When I call them, they will tell me that we will get back to you after some time. But it never happens. Its better to buy from local gold shops. Giving 1 star just because it is not accepting without star post

All good brands. kids area: Don't have many options for kids to play. They only have 1 play zone/ kids area that too with very limited options and small area. They should have more ticketing booths and staff. They are understaffed every time we visit.

Don't have a good collection. The store looks mediocre and is small. The staff is friendly and cooperative though. Online is better Or look for a bigger store.
