I am extremely disappointed with Orra store's investment scheme. Despite investing Rs. 6000 per month, the returns were not worth the investment. On many occasions, the on the spot offers were much higher than paying for scheme throughout the year, making it a complete waste of money. To add to my disappointment, the complicated terms and conditions of the scheme ultimately led to a loss. Furthermore, I find Orra store's marketing strategy misleading. They are trying to create a sense of urgency and convince customers that taking the offer will lead to a loss, which is entirely untrue. Ideally, schemes should encourage loyal customers who are making efforts to put monthly payments for a year. But in Orra store's case, the scheme is designed in such a way that new customers receive more benefits. Overall, I would not recommend investing with Orra store. It's better to explore other investment opportunities that offer more transparent and reasonable returns. Orra store's marketing strategy seems exploitative, and their investment scheme is not worth the time, effort, or money.

I bought a diamond ring from this outlet. The certificate had a misprint of a color stone while there wasn't any actual presence in the ring. The sales guy Shubham and the store manager Shardul assured me that it was a misprint and they would courier a correct certificate after getting it from the 'head office'. It has been more than 3 weeks and there is no trace of the correct certificate. The answers I get from the store staff are laughable. The store manager is not reachable. It's shocking that a brand like Orra is promoting misselling & providing disgusting customer service with sales executives giving false commitments and talking lies. Stay away from this outlet!!!!
