I was hospitalized there due to Typhiod and jaundice. The doc and staff is very helpful. Also on 7th day of my of treatement I was at my home. The treatment was very effective. And thanx to Dr. Rahul Tulle.

Irresponsible staff, nothing on time. Please dont risk your life. Even after confirming appointment times doctor didnt catered. Waited for 30mns doctor busy on call than left. Pros -Very Good OPD Staff, I been dealing being dealing with them very long. Always eager to support. As and when Visit hospital get Wheel chair support. Perticullly i must mention Ms. Aiman. She always greet with smile and arrange all necessary support for patients. Cons - ICU services and There working need definitely need improvement.

Experience of hospital and hospital staff is good and cooperative. We visited Dr Mangesh Kohale for my father's Bypass surgery. He treated him and given proper care and visit during hospitalization. Thank you to Dr Mangesh and all hospital staff.

I am very thankful to Tieten hospital and the Doctor Udaybhan Maurya for curing my father's health problem with his skillful treatment. I would especially like to appreciate nursing staff Ms Aiman Momin for her commitment and very helpful nature. Ms. Aiman Momin went out of the way by guiding me and booking appointment of my father for MRI scan.

Long waits, no provisions for covid, no sanitizers no masks. Staff and patients alike walking around coughing their hearts out. They don't give appointments. If you call and ask for one they'll tell you come at this time and if you show up they will tell you to wait. Unsanitary elevators. No parking space. Unclear and confusing layouts. Admin staff should have doctors scheduled for appt patients when you give appts. But doctors are always on rounds until at least 5-10 patients are waiting Unsanitary bedsheets with random stains in the emergency ward.

Had to admit my mom for treatment. 1) Extremely helpful and supportive staff 2) Housekeeping keeps cleaning the room multiple times a day 3) Administration staff has helped with all information and procedures 4) TPO for cashless facility goes out of the way to help. 5) Doctors and Nurses on duty check up and take great care 6) Specialist doctors visit to check up on progress and update medication Overall, a good place for treatment

Staff is very polite. Doctors/nurses/other staff everybody is very warm. My mother (senior citizen) had her both knee replaced at this hospital and she is satisfied with her treatment here. I highly recommend the hospital.

Excellent doctors, nurses, I give 5 stars for entire staff. Dr. Katna and his team is next God for me. But today morning I had an extremely bad experience with a security guard outside ICU. His duty is to not let people inside after visiting hours. Oncology lab wanted my husband’s reports., so I asked him where can I get the file. He rudely said नही मिलेगा, & he made me explain why I need the file. Where as his job is not to let anyone inside after visiting hours. Please Check the security camera outside ICU, where you will clearly see his hand gesture saying no & made me explain why I need my husbands file. Which is not his job.

My 2 days experience at vedanta was extremely good.I had undergone for small surgery.Dr Tripathi is a very noted surgeon with all humanity touch and possess an extra ordinary behaviour.I had never been in stress during my pre and post operation consultations because of daughter like girl Mdm Nikita.I wish to thank Dr Tripathi,his team ,Nikita and all vedant's staff members for their nice and friendly behavior.I pray Almighty may bestow everything to them And may Vedant Hospital attain super hights in serving the people in need.Thank u Tripathi sir and Nikita for all support.Thanks to management of Vedant Hospital for maintaining it's premises and rooms with high standard of hygiene and facility.

We had a really good experience in Tieten. Doctors and nurses were extremely helpful and proactive. Cleanliness and hygiene was also taken of very well. Food provided was also of good quality and healthy. Night staff especially was so prompt that we hardly had to ring the bell. Even the response time of the bell was very impressive. I will definitely prefer coming to Tieten for our healthcare.

Staff is not well trained. At night 3 nurses have to handle 23 bed ward with untrained doctor. Most of the nurses are very frustrated. Miss the medication dose. There no co odiOnly good thing is visiting doctors are well qualified and experienced. Management is not Proactive. In last 8 day I have change 3 fan from ICU lobby which were not working. Patient is money bank for this hospital. There no value in return.

Very nice experience. Dr Bakul Arora is a very excellent Orthopaedic Knee specialist, the staff had been very helpful and received great support from the health relation officer Mr Shuja Khan.

And talking about Dr. Bakul Arora sir he is one of the best doctor in knee surgery and friendly natural good support from his team.. Thank you Dr. Arora sir. ACL surgery is also to good well explained by Dr Arora sir n team. Thank you ms. Priya who helped me in all process. Now talking about hospital...Tieten medicity hospital... Management is too weak.. They can't manage properly. After my surgery done while shifted in room... I already inform the duty staffs regarding blower for heat... I was feeling cold and they are unable to manage in 45 minutes of time. After that on of the duty doctor his name is Dr. Ajmal on duty RMO he reply that mujhe aur bhi patients dekhne hote hai. Mai koi mama mausi ka kaam karne nahi hu yaha. I think he should not speak like this way to any patient. If mama and mausi can arrange the blower then I think his duty is over here. They can manage in better way.. Without using bad language. One more thing the hospital doesn't have proper thermometer and blower too. It doesn't work only. Nursing part is all good... Operated for Gall Bladder stones by Dr. Pradeep Tripathi Sir. Have been under his treatment past 2 months. Dr. Tripathi is softspoken , very good human and very good doctor. He treated me very well and the surgery went very good. Tieten Medicity is excellent hospital in Ghodbunder Road Thane , infact one of the best having very good doctors in panel. First experience of Vedant hospital for my sensitive Fistula surgery right from onboarding to discharge with cashless insurance all health workers support staff were very very polite and serivices was genuine with no abnormal cost burden. Overall great future for health service with experienced drs.

I admitted my father thrice in the last 10 days. He was in the ICU. There was at times only one helper/cleaner for the motions and toilet stuff of the patients. He was at times stuck into his nappies for one to two hours and yet nobody would come. The helpers were simply not available. As the result, he developed rashes and severe painful sores near his groin area and pelvic region. Yet whenever he was admitted in quick succession, nothing changed. Had a very very terrible experience.

Thank you Vedant Hospital for saving my dad’s life and taking care of him like your family member. My dad got heart attack 2 weeks back and we admitted in Vedant Hospital. Dr. Mangesh Kohale sir was surgeon and did the bypass surgery. Dr. Mangesh sir is nothing less than a superhero. He assured us that everything will be fine and my dad will be back to normal in just few days of time. He did the surgery and took care of him. He was always available on call even if it’s midnight. The entire staff of Vedant hospital was really very nice and cooperative. They managed everything in a really nice way. Hygiene, food, support, everything was too good. My dad got discharged and he is recovering now. Thank you Vedant hospital for such excellent experience.

Excellent medical staff and an equally good nursing staff. One bell is all it takes for the nursing staff to attend to you, very kind and polite. One unique thing I liked is medical and non medical staff coming to your bed and enquiring about your health and needs during off hours. They keep you well informed. Housekeeping staff can be made better.
