I
had
the
worst
customer
service
experience
today.
Went
there
with
a
group
instead
of
the
manager
Jason
letting
us
know
he
was
short
staffed
he
sat
our
group
of
40
African
American
young
ladies
who
just
left
a
funeral
burying
one
of
their
fellow
classmates
escorted
with
9
adults.
From
the
beginning
the
Waitresses
was
rude
and
he
was
too
after
we
ate
and
received
our
tickets
he
came
and
said
one
ticket
was
4
cents
short
we
thought
he
was
joking
til
he
got
smart
and
arrogant
stating
these
your
kids
not
mines
yall
to
pay
for
them.
Tab
was
7.29
for
2
drinks.
He
got
paid
everything
but
4
cents
which
he
should
have
got
before
he
left
the
table
not
coming
back
later
demanding
4
cents.
We
had
no
problem
paying
anything
but
it’s
a
way
to
talk
to
your
customers.
After
I
started
reaching
in
my
purse
for
my
loose
change,
he
said
how
bout
I
just
call
the
police.
Really
sir!!
He
didn’t
even
give
us
a
chance
to
pay
I
left
a
nickel
on
the
table
and
proceeded
to
leave.
He
came
outside
and
said
we
was
calling
him
the
“N”
word
(he’s
Caucasian)
and
told
his
coworker
man
this
the
4th
time
in
4
days
I’ve
had
to
call
the
cops.
I
asked
his
name
which
he
stated
was
Jason
he
have
no
problem
giving
his
name
but
apparently
have
a
problem
wearing
a
name
tag.
They
also
received
a
24
hr
notice
a
large
group
was
coming
to
their
restaurant.
If
we
would’ve
known
they
would
of
treated
“US”
so
unfairly
we
would
of
never
subjected
the
young
ladies
to
this
especially
after
they
just
had
a
very
emotional
day
burying
their
classmate.
