First time eating at Marco’s Pizza. The pizza was the absolute best! Delicious and we will definitely be return customers.

Great pizza! I went to pick up a carryout, but there was some sort of issue in the kitchen. Some confusion. My pizzas sat to long The manager was great. Explained what happened and that she didn't feel like the quality would be good if I took those. She rushed to remake my order and offered me a drink while I waited. I really appreciate her honesty and not letting me leave with cold pizza! Great job!

Some of the worst service I've ever dealt with! The young guy who answered the phone was very rude and short with me and acted like I was the biggest inconvenience for ordering 1 pizza. Then when I went to pick it up, there's a sign at the register in all caps saying "STAY OFF YOUR PHONE WE ARE VERY BUSY". It's absolutely amazing that anyone could ever conclude that this is at all an appropriate way to treat paying customers. Will never order from here again.

EDIT: after a messed up order [photo attached] and filling out an online survey, the manager did send me an email with a wonderful store credit for my next order [$15 off], to make up for the mess-up. VERY good store managment compared to some other places I have had experience with! UNFORTUNATLY, I am required to *call* in order to get my credit on the next order... it would be much prefered if I had been given a 'code' to use when ordering online. I paid full price tonight because I can't make the call for personal reasons.

Marcos Pizza checks all the boxes all the time! Always consistent with quality and taste. Perfect flavor and quick service. Marcos is always our go-to when we’re craving pizza. 🍕

A special shout out to the beautiful lady named Marie that works there. She always has a courteous smile and always gives great customer service. Also thanks to John the manager For his great customer service. The pizzas are very tasty and prepared very well also.

Atmosphere is to small to give more stars. Depending on what time you go for carry out or dine in it can be slow. Manager will make it worth it if it's too long. Best "fast" pizza around. Cute girl with the died hair, boots and face paint.

If you're a pizza conosur of sorts then you should do yourself the favor of the flavor and try a pie from these guys !

I can't believe I never tried Marco's until recently. This is by far the best pizza, wings & bread I've ever had! I love ordering on the app and picking it up curbside. Phenomenal food, friendly staff & fast service. I highly recommend Marco's!

Customer service was excellent! I called, despite the website said they didnt deliever in my area, the guy on the other end of the line was fantastic! Very helpful and even gave me an accurate dead on eta! The pizza tasted like the delicious pizza hut 25 years ago. I compared to pizza hut because it was my favorite back in the day. Today, in 2022, pizza chains are NOT as tastey as they once were. Marcos brings back the good ole days when they put that TLC in making the pizza! Thanks to dominoes delivery guy eating parts of my pizza in Fairhope along with the managers response, I turned to Marcos and don't regret a second! Marcos is now my go to number one!

This place isn't half bad. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Their pizza is actually darn good. Highly recommended if you're tired of pizza hut, domino's or little ceasers.

They lived up to all the advertised hype on t.v. We look forward to more of their great pizzas !

People this is a fast food place that makes and delivers by kids junk food. Stop complaining about what you get. Its pizza made by kids. What do you want?

It was my birthday and I had a birthday coupon to redeem a free small pizza! Sent my husband to pick up on my behalf and JOHN charged my husband full price for something that should have been free! Extremely disappointed that this establishment doesn’t fulfill the coupons they advertise! John changed my husband full price and don’t know that I was trying to redeem my coupon as I was already in a financial bind and only went this time around because it was supposed to be FREE! Were loyal customers and thought we would receive better treatment than what was given!

Having a milk allergy makes it tough to find safe places for me to eat. I've gotten delivery from Marco's several times and the order has always been cheese free, like I requested. The pizza is delicious, especially the thick crust, and the drivers are always so nice.

There were 2 of us and we had a pizza "bowl", and they were delicious. We have not had a regular pizza here yet (I say "regular" because our bowls purposely had no dough), so I can't give it a five for their pizzas, but I can for their service, even for a takeout order. We will try the pizza. Soon.

We just moved to the area a week ago and have never had Marcos before. I found a coupon for them and decided to order one. The driver got lost coming to our apartment, it wasn't his fault it was mine cause I gave him the wrong street name. He called me and we got it fixed. He was super nice and very professional. The pizza we got was the pmagifico with garlic sauce crust. Being a thin crust as well amazing ain't the word for it. I can't tell ya how good the pizza was. My wife and can't say how good it was. We found our new favorite pizza place. The whole time we were enjoying our pizza we couldn't stop raving about it. If I could give it more than 5 stars by gosh I would. They are absolutely amazing. I wanted to call the store and talk to the manager and rave at them on the pizza but I figured I'd put it on here instead so everyone can see it. Thanks Marcos, staff and the driver who delivered our pizza as well. We'll definitely be calling back and ordering again. All of yall are amazing. Thanks for the amazing pizza and amazing service from the driver as well. If you want a really good pizza call them. Don't just take my word on it try it for yerself. I can't say enough about them.

Great food, no matter how busy they are, they make sure your order is right, it's so delicious!

Ordered a small, deluxe, thin crust pizza with extra cheese, plus other pizzas, through DoorDash. When the food arrived the small pizza looked like a garbage Digiorno cheese pizza. I’m talking about worse than Chuck E Cheese pizza. See the picture. When we called the store to get it fixed they said they did not have a driver to bring the right pizza and DoorDash would not help them (which is true). Brie, the manager on duty, said we could come get a replacement. No problem. Our daughter was on her way home and could swing by and get it. BUT, Brie’s boss has not empowered his employee to make a reasonable decision to replace the pizza they screwed up. Instead, they want US to bring THEM the pizza THEY screwed up and refuse to provide the pizza WE ALREADY PAID FOR unless we return the Chuck E Cheese garbage. And they admitted that they intend to immediately trash the pizza anyway.

Their new limited pizzolis are SO good! I've had three since they lve been in the menu!

This particular Marco's the pizza was exceptional in that I buy the exact same pizza in many Marco's locations. Sadly many are thrown together with no regard for visual appeal. Meaning if the pizza does not please my eye it probably will not please my palate. This particular location was a pleasent surprise in that the pizza looked as if the person making it knew the concept visuals are important. Make a long story short this was the best pizza I had at Marco's in 2 states. Well done and someone should use whoever made my order as a example of making a great pizza. "Thank you"

The website clearly displays hours of operation. However the staff does not adhere to that schedule. I think they are supposed to but the owner is not present so they just say that they are closed to get off early. It’s very easy to change a website to reflect the correct closing time and certainly not as difficult as the employee stated. I am pleased with the product but I won’t be ordering from Marco’s again .

If I could give more stars I would, the food was fantastic, best pizza I've had in a long while! The staff was great also, they know what they're doing!!
