I've
had
a
few
noticeably
bad
experiences
at
this
Urban
Outfitters
in
the
last
month
that
I
never
had
in
the
UO
I
frequent
in
Westwood
Los
Angeles.
The
first
time
I
went
to
the
Walnut
Creek
UO
last
month,
one
of
the
employees
opened
my
locked
door
while
I
was
changing
in
the
fitting
room
and
did
not
even
apologize
for
publicly
exposing
me
to
other
clients
which
was
a
huge
violation
of
my
privacy.
To
make
matters
worse,
that
same
day
I
purchased
a
dress
which,
upon
getting
home,
I
noticed
that
staff
had
failed
to
remove
the
security
device
from
it,
rendering
it
unwearable.
Two
weeks
later,
I
had
to
drive
back
to
the
store
with
my
receipt
to
get
the
tag
taken
off
which
was
hard
to
fit
in
as
I
work
full
time.
On
that
same
trip,
I
went
to
inquire
about
an
order
I
had
ordered
for
pickup
online
to
ask
if
it
was
available
and
was
met
with
2
incredibly
rude
responses
of
not
one
but
two
employees
refusing
to
help
me
look
for
my
item
and
simply
telling
me
it
probably
was
not
in
store.
The
issue,
that
I
let
them
know,
was
that
I
would
be
travelling
over
the
fourth
of
july
weekend
and
would
be
unable
to
pick
up
later.
When
I
received
an
email
from
UO
about
my
order
being
cancelled
if
I
did
not
pick
it
up
the
following
day,
I
called
the
store
and
asked
them
to
hold
it
for
an
additional
day
to
which
the
employee
assured
me
they
would.
This
turned
out
to
be
false
and
my
order
was
cancelled.
Evaluating
these
past
experiences
with
this
store
and
my
treatment
from
their
staff,
I
do
feel
that
my
status
as
a
person
of
color
has
resulted
in
me
being
treated
much
worse
than
other
clients.
