Good Baskin Robins in Nagpur. This shop is open till 3 am. It is the best thing. Shop is haveing a huge variety of ice creams. Quality of ice cream is very nice. The staff is good and friendly. Family friendly place and good to visit with friends. Everyone must visit this.

Nagpur's one of the best Baskin Robins. They have a huge variety of Ice Creams. The place is perfect for having a good quality ice cream. The staff is very professional and friendly. Owner is very nice. They have a good seating section. You can visit this place with your kids, friends, family, etc. The most amazing thing is they are open till 3 AM for take aways in night. Overall it was a good experience.

Staff name Rohan is very rude. He don't have manners hw to talk to customers... Request to the owner pls change the staff as I regular customer and 1st time i highly disappointed with the staff...kindly chge this staff

My friends and me went to the store on 31st of last month to get the 31% discount. But the store keeper said the offer is not valid here and you need to go to the other store which is a bit far away from there. A bit disappointed. But after lots of efforts we made to reach the other store and avail the offer💥 And had different flavours and good time.

Did not have strawberry and banana flavour but serving staff were very professional and helpful.

Mississippi mud is the best flavor if you like chocolate. Excellent hangout place which is open till late night.

Open throughout the night. The place to be if you want to socialise at 3 in the night. Quite lit. Neighbours don't like it though.

BRs is a well known brand and you will love the variety being served here. Classic flavours are evergreen but mostly found to be out of stock is the only concern I felt.

Usually the BR icecream is good but the Nagpur outlet isn't up to the mark. Firstly you don't have all the varieties in icecream and secondly poor customer service.

It was okay okay experience till now. But today I had very bad experience. I ordered some ice cream and vender said okay and didn't even started the procedure and started entertaining other people (who came after me). He was then become busy with them as they were tasting different flavours. I asked again (ki icecream hai na?) and he replied (haan hai) but didn't bother himself to make one. Pathetic behaviour! But later got to know that the venders were very new on job. So, I guess they ll improve day by day.

Cheating with the quantity & making people fool. This is the second time I ordered & I am experiencing the quantity of slice they’re cutting is thin & sometimes half cut. But in store when we eat, the quantity is different.

Today I visit in this baskin Robbins her staff services in so nice ...... And they so much flavours in ice-cream ..... I loved it 😍 you should also try this

It's a good place to buy your icecream cakes etc. No proper place to sit and eat though.

Newly opened outlet at laxmi nagar costs a bit more than taste.
