Those without personal trainers struggled to access and understand additional equipment. Personal training, though offered, comes with its challenges. The promised nutrition support seemed more like a sales tactic, and the gym heavily emphasizes commercial aspects. Additionally, after a month, no one has guided me on how to access the steam bath area or how to use it, and there has been no assistance provided for those interested in CrossFit. While the equipment is of high quality, it's crucial to note that joining this gym is advisable only if you have a budget of 1 lakh and above for the year. The overall experience may not live up to expectations for those with a tighter budget.

This is my second review. The earlier one has now been deleted, mainly because there has been a drastic change in the ambience and quality of the gym infrastructure alongwith Excellent client service for which I had an earlier issue. The management worked hard in rectifying the issues which I raised and now it's high time for me to give them their due credit. The inclusion of new dedicated helpful trainers has really added to their performance. Would highly recommend to join the gym for good user experience.
