Lovely place for tea and snacks. They have a large selection of ice tea and boba. The flavors are very good and pearls are soft. They are conveniently located on the main street with plenty of parking available nearby. The ambience is nice and bright with good seating arrangement and a kids play area. It's a great place to meet and hangout!

August 2022 review: really good popcorn chicken with a few pieces of basil for extra flavor. Jasmine milk tea was refreshing. 2017 review: As with most pearl tea places these days, you can customize sweetness and ice. I tried their caramel milk tea, and it was just okay. Pearls were chewy. Overall, the place is clean and has adequate seating with a TV. I'll give them another try next time I'm in the area.

Really fast service and a wide variety of milk teas, snacks, and other drinks. However, they have messed up my order in the past but it was only once and they have not done it again. It's one of the few places I get my milk tea because it is super good delicious and not that expensive.

Good selection of bubble tea. Popcorn chicken was ok too but not special for me. Service was quick.

It was my first time going here and I noticed they had the Plant Milk Tea. I thought to tru it out, and was not disappointed. Check it out. They also serve hot milk tea for those not interested in cold drinks.

I like the drinks and chicken here, I personally have never had a horrible drink here. Its decent. Although, it seems now that quickly is gone this place is really gunning for the dirtiest boba spot in town. They sorely need to replace their cushions and pillows which I have seen since day one. It is quite gnarly. They were nice at the opening, but, a couple years down the road I can see they have neglected this place. And maybe new chairs? The chairs might be clean, but, they're white and pick up alllll scuff marks.

Milk tea with boba was yummy. They had my order ready on the counter before I had finished putting my card back in my wallet. They have friendly, lightning fast service!

12/2022 I typically swing by when I'm in the area and my go to is Pearl Milk Tea, 50% sweetness (tho I do 30% occasionally). When there is something new on the menu (snack or drink), it's good to try it. The Mango Fanatics is good and I have been selecting that over the Milk Tea!

As soon as I walked in I felt my depression reactivate. Waited at the counter for a minute while the worker ignored my existence until I realized I was supposed to use the tablets on the wall that day “order here”. Duh. The drink was fine. No board games so there’s essentially no reason to come here with friends. A sign of the times

I love this boba shop! I always get fries, popcorn chicken, and mango or royal mango delight with cream. Their drinks are sweet, and the food is tasty to the last bite. I like how there are many options, and you can choose the level of sweetness you want on your drink. You have you try this place. It is a must.
