I thought about five stars but I've only been in there once yeah a friend of mine passed away that used to work here. So a friend of mine it used to work here his girlfriend's working here now well ex-girlfriend because of unavoidable circumstances she works there now and I went in to see her for a minute but I had to get home cuz I was on my Harley t-shirt and shorts you know me.

Newells Lounge was refurbished by my father and owned for 15 years by my Father "Benny" I am Benji muniz Jr. He sold it to Jack is he still around? Gene Tagliaferri owned the upper condo of the building RIP to both of them best of friends and dont forget about the legendary horse race handicapper John dallara who used my fathers generosity for comped drinks to get get waisted after everyday of horse racing track of betting every night and day he's waisted!

Not a safe space for LGBTQ+. Worst bartender ever. Proudly not a drinker herself, and cut me off inexplicably because she decided that I couldn’t drive, despite my confirmation that I was only using Uber. Also I was shut out from the pool table.I wanted to support businesses local to SFO but it’s clear that this business does not care for my support. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Felt like discrimination because I had disclosed my LGBTQ status.

Solid dive bar. Friendly bartenders. Cool atmosphere. Great music. Very reasonably priced drinks, especially given it’s the Bay Area. Not much else you could ask for!

Locals and SFO travelers mingle. Pool table and darts. Food and taco truck close by.

I stopped by to help a friend close. Definitely a cool vibe. Gives you a cheers, dive vibe, yet don't need a tetanus shot after being there. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a spot to relax watch a game, play pool, have a drink or two

Well-established local watering hole! Fantastic! Greeted by the locals upon entering. Good conversations with men and women! Excellent working class, blue-collar place. Rates great! Service great! Friendly for my taste! Maybe more old school, but worth checking out! Enjoy!

Enjoy seeing the locals here and I always have a good time with friends whenever I go visit Newell's. They got a pool table and a jukebox to pick songs as well!

Glade I rediscovered this long time neighborhood gem. To think I almost drove past; had a patron not exited through the front door. Looked closed & Dark.. We Had fun once inside ! This Old favorite could have some light shinned upon IT. Literally Try it out & Go In

No karaoke but other than that a great experience!

The tamarind juice taste like real tamarind! Got the tilapia with coco milk and it was delicious, awesome interiors too just like inside a tiki bar

Bar and karaoke. It’s free to sing but it’s better to tip the karaoke operator. People here are friendly and nice!
