Throughout
the
entirety
of
my
time
on
Agoda,
this
hotel
is
the
first
who
refused
to
accept
my
booking
despite
us
having
fully
paid
beforehand.
This
was
supposed
to
be
a
repeat
stay
for
us.
We
arrived
at
around
10:30pm
expecting
to
be
accommodated
quicker
since
we
booked
ahead,
online.
However
upon
arrival,
we
were
informed
that
they
were
fully
booked
and
couldnβt
receive
us
even
if
we
already
paid
for
the
night.
The
staff
on
duty
just
kept
refusing
to
take
accountability
of
them
overlooking
our
booking,
and
kept
repeating
that
the
previous
front-desk
didnβt
reload
the
Agoda
booking
page
and
didnβt
see
our
booking.
The
staff
claimed
that
the
manager
was
off-duty
and
couldnβt
be
contacted.
We
canβt
cancel
on
our
end
of
Agoda,
and
we
left
without
a
definite
answer
as
to
when
our
refund
will
come
in,
or
whether
we
would
actually
receive
a
refund.
To
the
management
of
this
hotel,
you
need
to
train
your
staff
better,
and
maybe
teach
them
a
lesson
or
two
on
professionalism
as
well.
What
a
disappointing
experience.
