Great Value for money. A decent hotel with kind and courteous staff. Near AllHome Naga and SM Naga.

Very nice & clean hotel with great service and convenient parking. Can be a bit noisy, with trucks parking out front, people being loud outside or tricycle vendors blaring announcements for fish. Having only 4 TV channels and rather small rooms is not ideal for an extended stay, however. Breakfast was great!

Currently staying for 16 nights. Price is very reasonable. Staff is very friendly and polite. The only thing that I can say needs work on is the coffee vending machine. It doesn't dispense coffee most of the time. Wifi is good when you are in the lobby but terrible when you're inside the room. So far the whole place is clean and cozy. They also have packages for exclusive use of the resort. Highly recommend.

For the price your about to pay. The place is quite good for your stay. The staff are approachable and mindful of your needs. Also honest (forgot about my change and the kind receptionist gave it to me). For those who want to have a good night sleep like me.i highly recommend it.not that far from Naga City and Pili but enough to appreciate the distance from all the noise. Fully furnished. Unfortunately when I stayed over last night the cable was out. But they mended the situation by providing enough selections of movies and music via Flashdrive.

Throughout the entirety of my time on Agoda, this hotel is the first who refused to accept my booking despite us having fully paid beforehand. This was supposed to be a repeat stay for us. We arrived at around 10:30pm expecting to be accommodated quicker since we booked ahead, online. However upon arrival, we were informed that they were fully booked and couldn’t receive us even if we already paid for the night. The staff on duty just kept refusing to take accountability of them overlooking our booking, and kept repeating that the previous front-desk didn’t reload the Agoda booking page and didn’t see our booking. The staff claimed that the manager was off-duty and couldn’t be contacted. We can’t cancel on our end of Agoda, and we left without a definite answer as to when our refund will come in, or whether we would actually receive a refund. To the management of this hotel, you need to train your staff better, and maybe teach them a lesson or two on professionalism as well. What a disappointing experience.

Receptionists are polite and helpful. Their Facebook page is also responsive. The rooms are clean. They also have water heater for your shower.

The rooms are nice, clean and spacious, also if you are coming in groups, they have connecting rooms are available. The staffs are nice and accommodating but we encountered a minor problem. When we arrived on our 2nd night, we were about to park our van in front of the hotel however the guard told us to park on the other side since the parking lot we were parked into has been already reserved to somebody. It's not really a problem but we have parked there already at the first place... moving on... the breakfast is good, it's cheap and what I liked the most is that I am already informed before we arrive that they don't have extra beddings available but they were able to provide for us. For those looking for budget-friendly hotel in Pili, Camsur, this is perfect for you. We got a room for 2 nights at php2272.00 good for 3 persons ( the room is actually good only for 2 but since we are on tight budget, we decided to bring in our friend and allow her to join us to save costs instead of checking her in into another room. hehe). However, they do not offer extra beds for the third person so we all three have to share in one bed. Also, no tv signal but the wifi is good. ☺

The place is ok, affordable and most importantly CLEAN. Its just that they couldve done a better service. 1. The hotel provided soap and toothbrush but no shampoo? (Can be bought in the frontdesk) 2. Provide hotel slippers. The tiled floor and cr is uncomfortable to walk on. 3. Why are there no phones in the room to contact the front desk? Anyway, kudos to kuya who cooks and serves at the same time all by himself. 😁 Our stay was pleasant and peaceful. 😄
